Easy to use, I love clear cover. Very spacious, can easy fit blanket in it. Deep water clean is my favorite setting

Only had a short while, but it's a nice little washer. Ours has the agitator in the middle, so not as much laundry at once as our previous washer, but there's only 2 of us and it still fits a good amount of laundry. Very quiet and we always get a kick out of the little chime at the end of the cycle. Has enough options for us. interesting has the app you can download to do a health check on the washer. Hopefully it lasts.

It's quiet, easy to set selected cycles and I love the count down timer.

I really like this washer. I can wash my king size mattress pad and lighter bed spreads. I had to get use to the water level, but I am old and but was determined to try it. It works great.

Bought this as a gift for my parents since their current one broke down. They wanted one with an agitator and this was the washer that checked all of the boxes. On top of that, it was on sale with Best Buy. My parents love this washer and I’m sure they’ll be happy with it for years to come.

I am really happy with this appliance. The delivery and removal of my old washing machine went quickly and smoothly. The washer is larger than I expected, however, it delivers everything I expect. The spin cycle really shortens the dryer time. I would definitely recommend Best Buy!

I really like the large tub and how quiet it operates.

I chose this due to the high ratings and low price. I went from a top loader, no agitator and feel like my clothes are cleaner using this one and, at several hundreds of dollars less than my top loader was, I am much happier with this purchase.

Nice washing machine & is pretty quiet. There's a bit of a learning curve to figure out all the settings. Not alot of information in the instruction manual that comes with it, but a more detailed manual is available online.

We've had this washer & dryer for over a year; they both run very well, but the only problem we have is that when the water temp is set to hot.. it doesn't get hot at all, it's basically cold (I've checked temp as the water just coming out & mid wash). Don't know why, but we just use warm since that's still a good temp, but hot temp is a waste until we figure out how to fix it.

Watched three operation cycles of machine and was very impressed. Then I observed the cleanliness of the clothes. It sure looks like LG got things just right with this unit. Very impressive for the new high efficient washers.

nice second washer for home. quiet and efficient

Our old washer was 30 years old and gave good service. The biggest issue was that we wanted a simple to use washer that didn't require a lot of interfacing. This one fit the bill and was easy to start, use, and learn. Our biggest problem with it was allowing to save water consumption! It is great!

Had this washer for almost one month. Have washed several loads in that time and have tried several different settings. The clothes came out nice and clean and drier than my previous washer, resulting in lower drying times. So far, I'm impressed with its performance.

Love our new washer. It spins at first to figure out how much clothing is in it, then adjusts the wash time - so different from our old washer where you had to pick the size of the load. Fun to watch with the glass top. Spins so fast - our clothes are so dry that our old dryer thinks they're dry with the sense-drying and just stops after a few minutes! Great purchase.
