Washer is quiet and works well, but I have concerns with so little water being used that my clothes are not getting clean. There are plenty of options available for washing so I use the bedding setting when washing all my clothes.

I am very happy with this washer. The tub is 4.3 larger than the Whirlpool washer was 3.8. It uses less water and the spin cycle gets more water out of clothes. It takes lesser time to dry. The see through glass top is a plus, since you can see into the washer.

Very easy to use. Quiet while the machine is operating!

This washer has been absolutely fantastic. Does a great job and have no issues at all.

Lots to like, however the major negative is in adding water to a cycle. The instructions are as confusing as it is in practice. This model does not include a separate water level selector with the familiar low/medium/high settings, but rather fills itself with water automatically based on the weight of the laundry. It uses the minimum water to get the job done which may not seem like, or actually be enough water in some instances. Recommended with reservation.

On time delivery, the installation was professional, the installers new exactly what they were doing. They clearly instructed us how to use the machines. Wife is very pleased using the LG washing machine and dryer for the past couple of weeks.

Had our new LG washer for about a week. So far it has been great. We had no idea our old washer was so loud until we got this one. It is very quiet. We don’t even notice it running. Very satisfied.

Did the job i needed and very efficient as far as water usage, only uses according to load size.

Great washing machine...i had to laugh at the little cycle complete tune it plays....first time I was like...where is that coming from?!?!!! Great washer though, does a good job cleaning and is pretty quiet as well

Have only used this a few times, but so far it is a great improvement over my prior Kenmore washer. HUGE capacity and I love the glass lid.

We really like the LG Washing Machine. It is a larger capacity which allows us to fit blankets or bedspreads in it. It has settings for small or large loads which reduce or increase the amount of water used, very efficient.

Best washer I have ever had! The clothes are clean, almost all of the moisture has been spun out when you remove your items, which in turn makes the drying cycle much quicker.

Works wonderfully! Well balanced, high capacity fits all bedding. One wish I do have is that there was a pause button (my last LG had one); it’s nice to be able to stop the cycle when you realize your forget to throw in a shirt or something.

So far I really like my new washer. I had a front load washer and I hated it. The LG top load spins the clothes out just as dry as my front load did.

This washing machine has been great it will hold our king size comforter and get it clean. Wash times are down from our old LG set we had.

Awesome washer. Bought it for a gift for my mother to replace her old one. Could not be happier. Does huge loads of wash and does a great job! It is pretty big so be sure your laundry room has space for it.

Easy to use washer, multiple wash setting for all your needs. Deep wash cycle option along with extra spin option works good to get my work clothes clean. Would recommend to anyone needing a new washer.

I’m very satisfied with this washer. Cleans well and does not shake and move in my second floor laundry room.

Absolutely love LG products. Bought this one to replace an old one, and I enjoy this one better. It’s very quiet but yet you can head the “end cycle” song from any room
