The washer is first class. The wash capacity is large that I am doing one less load per week with this washer. I would highly recommend this unit.

Direct drive is superb! Our last LG washer/dryer combo lasted almost 20 years without one problem.

Excellent product. Does the job well. The only minor issue is that water collects underneath the front gasket and is difficult to wipe off.

It works very well. However, the water will stay inside the door and little chamber where the detergent sits. We have to clean up and water with clothes. It is a little bit extra work.

I never thought I would like a front load washer, but I LOVE it. My clothes come out cleaner and brighter than ever before.

We used the washer for a few weeks and it seems to do a really good job. I like the steam feature for bedding. Clothes are coming out dryer.

I have had Samsung and whirlpool washer and dryers and this LG is by far my favorite. You can wash hue loads without breaking a sweat!

I really like this washer, seems to work great and has tons of features/cycles. The only negative is it does not have a spin only cycle. I miss it (my old washer had it)

The first washer arrived damaged. We sent it back. The second washer did not want to start. The third washer we have now, and it is working OK. We will see how long it lasts.
