The steamer works great and there are many options for rinsing, spinning, and other cycles.

Nice buy, but I would definetively consider purchasing the lower drawer to make it higher. Is seems too low.. lots of bending.

Using stacked with dryer in a tight closet. Based on a couple of months of use, very good washer.

I purchased this washer at Best Buy. I requested a right hinge washer. I was told that I would get a right hinge washer (lie). I was never told that LG does not make right hinged front loader. Washer was delivered and delivery person for Best Buy said that the service department would contact me to correct the problem (lie). The machine works fine but I would have selected another brand if the Best Buy team had been honest.

LG was recommended by a repair guy that came in after my Samsung front loader died after six years of use. According to him that the normal life span of washer these days. This new LG however makes a loud thumping sound during high spin cycle. Not expected from a new washing machine. I will get in touch with service and will update on progress

We've had the washer for a little over a month now and couldn't be happier with it. We cloth diaper our youngster and were concerned with this having no agitator this might not get the diapers clean. Worried for nothing. So if diapers are clean and come out fresh, no rashes from left in ammonia you can imagine our other clothes clean just fine. The wash cycles are longer then with older style washing machines but we are also using cycles that increase time.

I bought this for my wife she loves it has a lot of settings I highly recommended this product
