This washing machine does a great job getting all of our clothes clean. We had our previous washer for nine years and are happy with the upgrade since the last one went out. It washes a lot faster and quieter.

This is my second LG front loading washer. The last one lasted 14 years and was still going when I replaced it. It has many cycles, cleans well, is quiet, and is very reliable. Would recommend to anyone.

This machine seems at this stage after about two weeks of use, to be working and doing what it needs to do. Clothes come out smelling clean and the machine is pretty easy to operate. Follow the instructions if you don't want to have mould on the gasket.

My new LG washer is great! It has much more capacity than my previous washer. I can easily wash a queen comforter. It is so efficient, the clothes come out almost dry, and take little time in the dryer.

Washer works perfectly and it’s nice and quiet. It also has many settings, the only thing I wish it had was an estimate on the amount of time to run the wash cycle prior to selecting the load.

I love my new washer; the front load is very roomy even you wash a king comforter. The only draw back is that if you forget to keep the door open or wipe the residual, it create a smell.

Very quiet machine! Bought this one when my Samsung washer after 5 yrs went bad. Overall really happy with purchase. It washes pretty quick and actually get my husband and boys cloths clean. Only regret is that it doesn't have a light in drum.

We utilize this washer with the dryer stacked and they are great. Time will tell how much more energy efficient they were than our old machines. Overall though, I am happy with the level of sound and how clean they get the clothes.

This washer (and accompanying dryer we got too) have been phenomenal. They perform much faster than the previous Whirlpool front-loading washer/dryer combo we had, but in all fairness to Whirlpool those were some of first front-loaders on the market so the technology today seems light years ahead. Would definitely recommend, but make sure to measure twice...we had custom build-in cabinets and these new washers were a little larger but luckily still fit...we thought they were standard sizes across the board but aren't.

Replaced our last front loader with another. A little concerned about the mold and smell but I think some design changes over the last 9 years hopefully result in a better product. After a month it’s living up to our expectations..

Purchased to replace Samsung that died after 7 years. So far so good. Lots of settings for different types of wash. Very quiet. Works very well. Nice warranty. Lifetime on drum .

I love my new washer. My clothes comes out clean and fresh. So many cleaning options to choose from, but easy to use. This new washer out beats my old Maytag. I love doing laundry now :-)

Recently replaced our washer/dryer, & found this LG had great reviews in various sites. Need a stackable that would fit in closet area & dimensions on this were perfect. It's great for just we 2, however would work well for small family as well. Have eczema so love the various washing levels including towels & allergen! We're retired & not overly "techno savvy" however found both washer & dryer very user friendly right from the start. Recommend highly!

I’m pleased with my new LG washing machine. It is working out very well, for me. I especially like the speed wash option. It’s quiet, it’s efficient, and it gets the job done.

The LG washer works very well, is easy to use and has a good display. It does shake and vibrate a bit, especially on the Towels cycle, however, it is tolerable and much better in this respect than the old front load unit that it replaced. My only issue is not with the unit but with the installation services provided by Best Buy subcontractors: when installed the unit was not leveled and shook excessively. And when a second visit was made to correct this, not all items I asked to be done were accomplished, such as installation of non-slip pads. The installers do not follow manufacturer's installation instructions and just basically do what they deem needed. Hopefully if anything ever goes wrong with the unit Geek Squad services will prove better than installation services.

This is our second LG front load washer- only replaced the old one because we were moving. Great capacity and fairly quiet. Would recommend drying off the plastic seal and leaving door open to dry between uses.

The washer was amazing when first bought it, quiet, efficient, got the clothes clean. It broke two weeks before the warranty expired. I live in an area where there are no Authorized Technicians (the last one quit as he said "because they are the most are the most impossible company to deal with"). They keep emailing him our work order because that's who the system has as it's representative and there appears no way to change it. Anyway, their service is the worst experience I have ever been through. It's not even close. You call and there are perfectly nice people answering the phone who have no ability to help you what so ever. Our case keeps getting "escalated" and a promise of a call back that never happens. You talk to a supervisor, who promptly tells you all the right things and then never gets back to you as promised. You talk to another supervisor who says the same thing. Over and over, it goes. Unfortunalty we have lost patience and now have to go to our state's consumer protection bureau. Meanwhile, two months have gone by and we still don't have a washer.

We like front loaders - mostly for their low water usage. This has lots of features - but you can just use the basics or go fancy with personal wash cycles.

Have had my LG now for 6 months. No complaints. Very efficient, quiet and really gets the job done.Would definitely recommend this product. Plus appliance looks elegant.

It is a great washer for my family. It actually loads pretty good amount of laundry and does its job well. Very quiet too. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
