The machine does its job, it just takes a really long time. A normal load can take over an hour. I asked the store if this was normal they assured me that this is how long this washer is meant to take. Same load on on my previous front load washer would be around 30 min, just surprised.

Our laundry room is upstairs so we need a quiet washer, I am satisfied so far.

I did a lot of research and Samsung and LG were always at the top of the list. I have lauderery closet, so depth was a concern. LG's front loading washing machines are not as long as other manufacturers. This washer was on sale, so it was a perfect fit.

The color is an issue. I had to buy a new base and it would not fit the old one. Otherwise, it is great

The first machine leaked after 2 or 3 washes. There was always water in the drum after the wash. I could squeeze water out of my clothes. The washer was replaced with a second machine that also did not drain all the water out of the drum. Again the clothes were dripping wet. The third try was with another LG that was a step down, less cycles. So far it is working well. I have done about 6 loads. The customer service staff on the phone were helpful except for one person. The sales staff at the store were very nice as well.

The new washer is great! No more re-rinsing each load. Is a great washer

I have had it not only for 2 months, and the cold water hasn't worked. No cold water rinse, no cold water wash. I've read the manual a few times, and I'm doing everything right. So here I go, about to arrange a service call. There's no excuse for this. It's ruining my cold-water-wash-only clothes. I'm beyond angry. Don't buy this

This is an older variant of the 3770. With out the turbo wash feature. The machine makes to much noise when mounted on a pedestal. Either there’s an issue with how it was installed. That’s what I expect. Also noticed the installers lack knowledge & were a bit rough. I will be exchanging this for a different model. Possibly brand as well

It worked for a few years and it died out shorter than expected.

This is absolutely the best washer I've ever had! I previously had a Samsung washer and had nothing but trouble with it. This LG works like a dream! No problems whatsoever! It can support very large loads with no suds residue left on the clothes! No trouble with being off balance either. Love it!

I wish I had been told of the maintenance required to keep up, you got to keep emptying the water reserve on the bottom and even then it gets a mildew smell, also, after 18 months the softener dispenser stopped working, I researched online and it seems to be a pretty common issue, but because it's out of warranty the technician charges a minimum of $135 just to come look at it, not happy with this, my old washer did't require as much maintenance and worked for at least 10 years, this broke in less than 2 years. Would NOT recommend.

Hard to get it balanced and rust forming after only a few months.

So for no problem I buy it February don't put too much clothes at once

This is a very noisy washer. Save yourselves the time. Do not buy! I thought there was an airplane landing inside my laundry room, the first time I used it. Also, the construction of the door feels cheaply made and flimsy! I had it replaced and got my LG and I couldnt be happier.

The inside compartment/drum disconnected after 6 months of use by two people. Customer service and the repair scheduling process has been a nightmare. LG neglected to dispatch the appointments on two separate occasions and now our appointment has finally been scheduled but for 2 weeks out from our initial request. 2 weeks without a washer after purchasing brand new 6 months ago.

We had a LG for 10 years and it finally went out. So we purchased a new one and the quality is not the same. During the rinse cycle it would get out of balance and shake violently. Best Buy was great we returned it and bought a Maytag which we love. I would not recommend this unit. Also consumer reports gives it a fairly bad rating.

I haven't actually received this product yet but I'm sure I will love it I have owned LG front load for years and they have never let me down but Pacific kitchen is the worst to deal with at least in the city that I'm in
