The staff at Best Buy recommended this particular washer. After doing research, I realize that they had chosen an excellent product for me. The price was extremely competitive and made the decision very easy

Don't buy this washer and dryer. No matter what we do the washer will not spin level. LG keeps saying that we are not loading it correctly. It bangs if you have 1 thing in it or 10 so pretty sure its not us. If I could give this back I would.

Very nice and efficient machine. The presets cam be overkill for some people, but we've had a great experience with it so far. I've personally recommended this to two friends and they love it as well.

My previous washing machine was an LG and wanted to pair it up with my LG dryer. Very happy with this product as my prior LG washing machine. I wore my other one out, 3 + loads a day for years.....

We love this washer. The magnet door lets the washer dry out properly, unlike other front loaders, preventing mold. The direct drive makes the operation much quieter than our old Maytag Neptune.

The original purchase ended up being the prior years model. Best Buy upgraded the purchase to the newer model without being requested. The washer works better than imagined. The color compliments the rest of the appliances in the house.

The rubber around the door is very stinky. U have to clean and wipe the washer after usung otherwise the manual said it might get moldy? So not good... then u have to drain manually a small drain at the bottom otherwise in the long run, it might overflow... too much work! Again this is in the manual that u have to do every after ur wash... too much work!

I bought this when I moved to my house and am pretty happy with the performance so far. It has lots of washing cycle options and covers pretty much all sort of laundry that you may have.

This does not have a small load option it does it by itself... and bangs when its on for a small load. The clothes never seem clean. Then you have to drain the washer through a hose and clean a filter. If not but back correctly the water goes on the floor ... which I have experienced. You also have to set the washer on clean from time to time. Washer runs for ever with very little water even when i put water plus. Worse money I ever spent. Would love to change it for my old top load.

I have only had the washer for 3 weeks. I will be returning it because the clothes do not come out fresh smelling

We had a washer that just wasn't cutting it. This washer has all the bells and whistles that we need and some that we don't! I love the magnet that lets you crack the door.

We purchased this LG washer with the matching dryer, sidekick washer, and podium. I cannot attest to how the washer functions because the installer said he didn’t have the part and that I’d have to “call someone else to get it fixed.” After 3 separate phone calls to the Best Buy Geek squad I have to wait a week before anyone can come look at it, leaving me without a washer/dryer. Meanwhile there is standing water in the washer from the installer. Very disappointing.

Delivered and installed timely as promised. Seems to work fine. A lot of automatic settings. It is supposed to be more efficient, but does take a lot more time to complete the wash cycle than a standard washer.

This Washer has now broken down for the 3rd time, all 3 times it has leaked all over my floor. The first 2x the have replaced hoses that have gone bad, this time they want me to wait 2 weeks to get someone out here to look at it. I bought the extended warranty and still no resolution...For a washer to break 3x in 7 months is extreme, yet no one treats it that way. DO NOT BUY

Have had the machine for about 2 months. No complaints so far. When washing it looks like there is no water in the tub but the clothes come out clean so the minimal water doesn't seem to be an issue.

wiping the door and seals was an acceptable job. But needing to put on rubber gloves to use bleach to clean the seals regularly and draining and cleaning the bottom tube only 3 weeks into use are over the top. Washing clothes has become a big job rather than a way to clean clothes simply.

We bought it on Friday, picked it up Saturday and it leaked in the front. After calling LG customer service and being told that there must be one hair that causes the leak and then being asked what detergent I am using I called Best Buy and said I need another one. They delivered and the same day we had the same leak. We returned it and bought a Samsung. No problems.

This washer is great with one exception. It is very loud. We have it stacked so I am not sure if it is that or if it is not balanced probably. The wash is great and love the different modes.

Many flexible options and cycles. Still a little early, but everything great. Certainly requires some reading to understand the various options.

great washing machine. i have a salon and we use two at a time. they aren't made for commercial use but the do last me several years!
