I have stacked my units. Washer does shake a little, but good overall.

Have had repair person out to house several times the washer vibrates like crazy. Very disappointing. Sound like the washing machine is rattling apart. Not happy. Even paid to have our floor reinforced with cross beams. Bad design

This is a replacement washer for a 14 year old LG front loader. A few things noticed immediately. 1) Wash cycle is a little louder, 2) Water intake on/off is more sudden making pipes noisier, 3) It holds a LOT of laundry, 4) Vibration is minimal and 5) LG should be shot for their end of cycle tune. The machine is easy to use with plenty of cycles and options. As noted, it holds a lot of laundry - a really full load is almost too much for the dryer. Our laundry room is on the second floor and the greatly lessened vibration means the house no longer shakes in a spin cycle - even with a full load of towels on high spin speed. The washer is really good at getting the clothes clean while still being gentle.

The machine works well. It stacks with the dryer we owned.

Had this washer just shy of three years when the bearings went, loved it while it worked, thank goodness we had purchased Geek Squad Protection as I now have a new machine.

Lg have to do something with this machine. I feel so bad because I bought the machine year and a half ago and stink and I try everything but don’t work. Please save your money don’t buy it.

Barely two years old and water pump went out. Thought it had a 10 year warranty. The warranty only covers the motor and won’t even cover the labor. Pretty sad.

this washer is causing so much trouble. it makes a lot of noise like banging noise, in the pipes. do not recommend at all.

This was to replace my LG washer from more than 10 years ago. They do not make them like they use to. The wash cycles take longer, there are options for everything but are not what I want or need. I also don't think it cleans as well as the older model. I opted for this model over a different brand it was a bit cheaper however if I were to do it again, I think I would have switched brands.

So far I'm on my second replacement in 30 days waiting on appointment to look at getting a 3rd one or a return on a different set if this is truly this loud and rough running I'd stay away maybe I have a bad batch of units but so far loud noisy moves while running on rinse and spin cycles just rough all around looks great . Beyond that too low and being so low you gotta wipe the seals and door dry every single use or mold and smells start well for an extra 300 pedestal you need kinda sucks cause they come low you need them so far I'm frustrated with my entire experience.

So far four unsuccessful attempts to install equipment

sad but mine came defective so this might not be a fair review. The options worked great but mine had a very foul odor even after 13 washes. The suds and the water also pools on the rubber by the door. I replaced it with a different washer.

After installation per instructions, washer began filling with cold water as soon as water supply was turned on, before washer control was turned on. Cannot recommend a washer with a defective water valve.

I gave a low review due to the fact that we bought the washer and dryer plus pedestal washer and when received first the washer came damaged and had to return it and them the pedestal washer came damaged too and same thing sent it back. Also on the appointments the deliver crew came after the 4 hour window

LG - life's good. This is very true. I initially purchased a Samsung frontload and it malfunctioned week one. I have had the LG for 3 weeks now and could not be happier about the quality. Clothes come out fresh and clean. Many options to choose from for all clothing type purposes. The steam option works well. It is also very quiet when washing which is a nice bonus. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
