We bought this to replace a Samsung washer that died after about 4 years. This washer does a better job of cleaning than our prior washer. Only problem has been when washing large bulk items, you need several items to balance each other. This was easily solved by throwing a few towels in along with 2 bulky items so that the washer to spin evenly.

I purchased this washer recently and have been very happy with it. Clothes come out cleaner than my previous unit, it is VERY quiet for most of the cycle, and appears to be very water and energy efficient. I really like the LCD display that tells you how much time if left on the cycle. I have no negative experiences with this washer yet.

It does a great job of getting clothes clean with minimum use of soap and water. It spins clothes faster so they need less dry time. Holds a lot of clothes.

We had been looking at this set in graphite but it was expensive so we had settled on another. We found the washer on open box buy and on sale so we saved over what we would have spent on another set. We love our appliance set. The washer is awesome. With steam clean, sanitary and alllergiene settings we are always able to get what we need.

Great Washing Machine. Quiet. Lots of options. Easy to use!

A great choice. I often use the speed wash setting and a load will be finished in 15 minutes. It is quiet enough to have in the kitchen, close to where we spend a lot of time. The only time I hear it is when the spin begins and the load inside gets settled. It's been a year and I still love this washer, no problems at all.

I placed my washer on pedestal. Expected vibration. But the washer does not vibrate! Love it! It is on a main floor over the basement. We did level the pedestal first before placing the washer. The washing performance is good. The size of drum is good. I wipe down the seal after I am done with the laundry for the day. No mold so far.

Quiet for smaller loads. Works well. Can't handle the load sizes of my previous unit, which was 12 years old (also a front load). If I make similar loads to what my old unit handled easily, this one makes a huge racket. Supposedly this is same or larger capacity unit too, so I'm not sure how it will hold up long term. But all appliances now seem feature rich and durability poor.

I am very happy with my purchase so far. The washer and drier are very easy to use. The look is very modern and pretty. I bought the grey ones. At first I was very reluctant to buy a front loading washing machine thinking I will not get used to it. They are big so make sure they fit in your laundry room so you can open the doors easily.

So far so good, gets clothes, really clean and quietly!

The washer is fantastic, it’s simple and easy to use. I haven’t had a problem with any of the results. Only complaint that I have is quite honestly user error. Beware of excess detergent use, it can cause a stain of sorts on the front, it leaks from the front gasket a little but again, that’s honestly my fault.

The machine is quite and use very little water. But take too long for each cycle.
