This front loading washer is quiet and very efficient.

I spent a lot of time trying to find a great washer and a great price. I made the correct decision in the end. This washer with the matching dryer is an amazing combination that does the job well and looks fantastic in my laundry room. The washer is able to wash our King size comforter. Highly recommended.

Enjoying the frontload washer thus far, the only downfall is having to leave the door and drawer open to prevent mildew build up. Otherwise simple to use and does a good job washing.

I bought this LG Washer to replace a like model from 3-4 years ago as we moved and I included the old ones in the sale of the house. They work extremely well and quieter than my old ones. My old washer would make a thumping sound when it started and was pumping water into the washer, that issue is gone with this one.

I bought the washer and dryer set and pedestal. This is my first front loading washer and I love it. It is so much simpler to use. Everything works well, salesman explained all the functions and it is working as he promised. LG is no longer the new kids on the block, they have been around for a while now and are involved in a variety of electronics. I highly recommend them.

I went from an old school Roper so the LG washer was a breath of fresh air! I absolutely love this washer! ✅ it’s quiet ✅it has a delay wash cycle (best thing ever) ✅it has the Allergiene wash cycle. I could go on and on but basically if you don’t own this washer and you need one... go buy it... NOW

Love this machine. The options for different load settings is a great feature in that you have a lot to choose from and can change some of the standard settings for each load type. Love the allergy relief and sanitize options. My only concern so far is that the machine, if it sits for a week without use has twice not allowed me to start a cycle. I called the manufacturer once and they had me go through some trouble shooting and it just started working. The next time this happened I just turned it off and on, changed cycles multiple times and it suddenly started to work. They (manufacturer support) did not seem to really know product support and the call center was noisy so that I could hardly hear the person on the phone. She also at one point said she did not know what else to do. I happened to turn the machine off and then on again and it worked. This has happened twice so I am a little concerned about the control board being bad. Not to fear though because I go the BB service contract for this unit and know they will be able to help me if there is any issue going forward. I would recommend this product to a friend with the caveat they purchase it from BB and get the service agreement. Otherwise I would maybe not recommend this particular item to a friend and have them spend that much only to be able to rely on the manufacturer for assistance.

After hours of research, I decided to buy this LG washer. It never disappoints. It has lots of useful features. Works quietly than our apartment washer. One drawback is that the LG app for the washer isn’t working. But other than that, it just works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this washer.

We just purchased this washer and so far, so good! We did a lot of research and this one fits our needs. The washer is quiet, efficient and gets the job done. Our children play baseball/softball and the steam cycle is perfect for those tough dirt/grass stains! Definitely, cuts down on time, water and energy!

We had an LG washer that finally quit after 10-12 yrs of use with three boys! This washer is very quiet and cleans really well. Love the washer and highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great washing machine!

Didn't really need a new washer but wanted to match new dryer. LG washer has produced cleaner clothes and gets the job done faster than old washer. Spin cycle is fast and clothes are much dryer coming out of the washer than old machine. Many options to choose from when washing, but very simple to use.

Great washer. different settings for different purposes. Not noisy

We care about the earth but we don't have to spend an arm and a leg, right? Right! Best Buy was great with our purchase and the shipping process to our house was SO convenient! The workers were great and pretty much gave us a free installation! The washer uses so little water that at first I thought it was broken! I washed some sheets the other day and wasn't completely pleased with them, but that's why I am grateful there are fifty thousand different wash cycles to choose from! Just got to figure out what works for me. The dryer also has the steam function which is worth the money. We are really pleased with our purchase and Best Buy's team. One of the machines was sounding weird, and we called them and they sent a replacement machine! Really great people. I will come back to Best Buy, that's for sure!

I like this washer, it’s quite and cleans well , so for good

This is my second LG washer. My older one is about 13 years old. This new one replaces that. I am very very happy so far. The machine is easy to use and understand. It is very quiet and smooth during operation. I have done well with LG and really have high hopes this trend will continue.

The washer is very easy to use, it is a great product and quiet.

I don’t like the nature of the front load washers, but this one seems to be quiet and the software is smart enough for it to find a balanced load if given a little time. If a blanket or two gets intertwined, sometimes i have to stop it and pull apart but for the most part it does it itself. Direct Drive motor is quiet. An improvement over the older Maytag.

This is the second set of washer dryer combination we have purchased from LG, we have one at home and this one was for a rental property. They work great and spin cycle leaves clothes pretty dried so less time in drier. Very efficient.

Very simple to use. The only hiccup was the installation was done incorrectly. They reversed the water hoses and I couldn't figure out why I was removing clothes from the washing machine that were so hot I could hardly touch them. Must be why a couple of things felt smaller. The machine is always set automatically for a cold rinse. Was baffling for a few.
