So far I am totally blown away with this unit. So smart and so easy to use! Appears to be very well built and is a really beautiful machine. I purchased the matching stand as well and we love it too! First LG and first front loader and am extremely pleased.

LG was not on my top list of brands, however after 24 months using for the first time an LG washer, I don't have any doubt that is a great brand for a dryer and that offers the most important options for the washing process. Easy to use, great design.

Layout of panel is easy to understand and with the indicators lights it is easy to see the settings. Modifying the settings is also easily done. Performance is good, the high speed spinning wrings out the clothes and helps the dryer dry the clothes faster.

I have 6 people in the house which adds up to a lot of laundry! This machine can handle each persons load all in one shot so I only have to do 6 loads as opposed to the 12-15+ loads I was doing before. And there are lots of options for you to choose from!!

I have use my new washer for about 45 days now and love it. Quieter then my past Samsung front loader and the cycle time is less. Has a tub clean cycle that I haven't used but will consider when needed. Overall i'm happy with my choice!

I had a 17 year old kenmore that I replaced with this. It’s so quiet and does a great job cleaning. It also qualified for a $100 rebate from the power company for being energy efficient.

We moved into a new home and needed a front load washer as there is a countertop above the washer space and our top loader would no longer work in the space. We are incredibly happy with this purchase. The washer has great capacity, is quiet and fit perfectly into the space we had for it. Lots of various cleaning settings. We looked at some more expensive washers prior to purchasing this one and overall we feel this is a great washer for the money and would highly recommend. I couldn't imagine the washers we looked at for hundreds of $s more would preform better than this one.

Stacked the washer and dryer on my closet with a sixtenth of an inch to space. Best footprint I could find, and all the bells and whistles are great. Makes washing a sinch and the removable detergent tray reduces messes. The quiet operation is a plus.

This is the best washer we have ever had. Clothes seem cleaner and the various settings really work. Perm Press on our old machine still came out very wrinkled. It actually works on this one. Plus easier to add the detergent, softener, bleach etc.

This washer works well in getting a large load clean. It wrings out most of the water so that your clothes do not require much time to dry in the dryer. It fits in a more compact space than some other washers and provides many washing options.

This LG washer has been such an asset to the small living space we have. The LG machine is very quiet and does a fantastic job cleaning while being energy efficient. So far this machine has been excellent bit we have not had it but for a couple of months. lets write a review after a year.

I bought this washer because my old LG washer broke after having it for 10 years. I went with the same model because I liked my old one. However my old model was a 4.2 and my new one is a 4.5 cu n its bigger. It washes great!

The machines are nice. The wash and dry very good, I haven’t gotten a chance to use the “steam” function but according to the sales associate at Best Buy, the steam works well and there is no need for dry cleaners anymore . I would give a 5 star review BUT AVOID AT ALL COST the stackable kit to secure the machines. I decided to get and they came and installed everything but I regret it so much. The machines get SO loud it’s outrageous. I wouldn’t be able to say if it got installed wrong but I would definitely not buy it. I’ve heard some people use it without the metal. Now, my machines are indoors so we get to hear them ALL the time. If your machines are outdoors then I guess you shouldn’t have any problem with that. Otherwise is just out of control

We purchased this washer 2 months ago and it is wonderful. LG never lets us down. Love all of the wash cycles, speed cycle, steam cycle and it's large enough to wash comforters. With a family of 4 it makes my life so much easier.

My old LG washer finally died after 12 years of hard use and I decided that I would shop around to find the best washer and deal. No surprise, LG and Best Buy came out on top. I've had it now for 3+ weeks and it works beautifully!

My LG washer does everything it says it does plus more. I have 6 people in my household- age ranges from 1 month old to 63 years old. All of the settings are perfect. There are weeks it is used everyday and it does not disappoint.

Make sure you read the instructions before installation. I hooked it up without removing the shipping bolts in the rear and the washer vibrated like crazy. I removed the bolts and it runs like butter. I'm happy with my new washer.

I'm very happy with how this washer cleans. Hubby is a mechanic on a dairy farm and comes home covered in grease and manure everyday and this washer gets his clothes clean. We also have cats and dogs and it does a great job cleaning their bedding. I can washer our king sized comforter in it too. Very happy we bought this washer.

I have had my new washer for the last two weeks. It is quite, does the job great and looks fantastic. I did wonder the 1st time I ran it if there was enough water to clean the load. Highly recommend. I also purchased the dryer.

I've been pleased with this washing machine. It's very flexible and the cleaning performance has been superb. The biggest adjustment was getting used to longer wash times after coming from an older top load washing machine.
