I purchased both washer and dryer. I am pleased with both. They are much quieter than I had expected. Both are working well. The delivery/installation team were exceptional..Very helpful.

The LG front loading washer is easy to operate and uses very little water. So far, the clothes we've washed have come out clean, and it's working well. It seems like a well-designed product.

Front door seal design tends to hold moisture leading to mold build up. We use a small fan in the interior to help reduce residual moisture.

Saw this at the store and got a good deal since it was on sale. Loaded with a lot of features. Replaced a good old reliable top load and was not sure what to expect. Does take longer to do a load but technically is faster as it can take a larger load that would be almost 2 times more with no problem. Surprised how little water this washer uses. Spin cycle really gets the water out and cuts down time in the dryer.. Be sure to make adjustments for more soiled or rinse time as required.. Standard setting may not be good enough.

I bought this LG to replace my previous one, due to bearing failure. I've had ten years of decent service from the earlier LG, which is why I deducted a star here. LG (early one) went through about a half dozen solenoid valves..they'd leak and make a puddle, and require replacement. It is possible these failures were due to excessive water pressure; our water provider recently put a surge on the house line of about 140 psi...enough to open the water heater safety valve and flood the house. Will be happy if the new LG performs better now that I've got the line pressure under control, but the motor/bearings should last more than 10 years.

Satisfied with the cleanliness of the clothes so far. A very quiet & high efficiency washer, makes the washed clothes smells good. This was a huge upgrade from my 12 year old GE. Hope this one would keep running for all least 10 years.

This washer has worked out great so far. After reading reviews before my purchase, I was worried about it being loud. I guess load is very subjective because I feel it is quiet.

This washer is very reliable has worked with no problems. The washer is easy to set up .keeps clothes less wrinkled and clean with steam.

I love my washer, I was advised to leave the door open when not in use to prevent a mildew smell. I adhere to that advice. Clothes come out clean and fresh smelling.

I love the wash machine, cleans great and the alert when it’s done is a great feature. The salesman was knowledgeable of the products and helped me find one that fit in my small space.

So efficient! Love it. Gets the clothes clean using the different settings. Like that there is a timer to see how much time is left as it does take a long time to wash the clothes.

We've used LG products before, and always satisfied. This latest purchase of a LG washer and a LG dryer hasn't disappointed. They both have proven to be very good products.

Like all the features, easy on clothes. It was my first front loader. One drawback is I have my laundry on the first floor and it vibrates more than I expected

The spin cycle is so fast it really makes the drying cycle shorter. Very quite. I love this washer. My mother has had this same machine for 3 years and it does a great job.

I replaced my 8 year old LG front loader with this one. It is larger, faster, and quieter than the one it replaced. I also think the steam feature cleans the clothes better.

This front-load washer is quiet and efficient. There are many selections for wash loads which we are still in the process of figuring out. So far we are pleased with the washer.

Okay, so we bought this washer as it was very efficient with both power and water. Our other washer lasted 17 years. Hopefully this one will work the same way. The only issue with this, and all front load washers, is that they produce a banging noise in the pipes. Luckily a plumber told me about buying water hammers. The are cheap screw on adapters that go between he washer and the hoses. They do something that stops the banging noise. Love the washer but buy "water hammers".

Their washing machine is awesome! It has an amazing capacity( large comforters fit easily). The modes are plentiful. I would recommend to anyone with a family!

A lot of nice features, I had an old set of LG washer and dryer and these new units are extremely quiet and have a lot of cycles - great product for the price.

First looks of the washer is really great. It has a lot of buttons. You must read the manual book first before starting. After that it's really easy how to operate the washer.
