I'm not sure what there is to say here. It's a washer, it washes the clothes. I will say that my water bill went down about a month after purchasing this, but that might be a coincidence. I don't know that the load-sensing function is that good, but maybe it is. Time will tell if this is really a good product or not. We had a lot of trouble with our previous front-load washer (not an LG).

We replaced our LG washer and this one is quieter than the last. We really enjoy the settings. Sanitizer setting works well.

Really happy with this product and LG is a great company..The sales people also who sold this product to me were very honest in the store. I am having a repair though come and check out something minor I took out a 5 year warranty with Best Buy and a 10 year warranty with LG. First time using a front loader and I'm very impressed compared to what I had before a Maytag that did nothing but make horrible noises very loud as well took a long time for a load to be finished as well

I love my new front loader! it is easy to get clothes in and out of. I have more settings on this washer than my old one.

This replaced a 3 year old Maytag that cost more to repair again than it was worth. The Best Part of the Machine is the Extra Water option. So many of the new machines can hardly get the clothes clean because of so little water, but this machine allows you to add even more water. I find that my clothes are coming out clean and smelling great. Most cycles take longer than the maytag, but they are well worth it.

It's really easy to use, and its fast! I love my washer and dryer set. It makes life so much easier. I especially like the sanitizing setting and antibacterial one.

Think it's going to take a little time to discover all the features. So much easier to load and unload with the pedestal.

The washer does a nice job of cleaning clothes quickly and thoroughly. However, when going through the last rinse cycle it gets really loud for a couple of minutes.

Our new washing machine works great! It has many settings for specialized loads. It is very easy to clean and maintain.

It gets everything so clean and can hold plenty it's just the best washer ever

Seems like a good solid washer. Big enough to handle large loads. We have it running constantly. No problems so far and my husband was able to install it himself.

Great product for the price. Works well with small or large load. Cons:it shakes while spinning. Happy with the purchase.

We noticed right away how much less water is used to wash the laundry and were a little leary about how well it would do. It did great, even taking it old stains!

Have enjoyed new washer ease of use. Our old washer was also an LG and we have liked the brand quality over the years.

It's hard to rave about a washer but this thing is fantastic. It's so quiet I can't even tell it's running most of the time.

quiet efficient. We replaced our other lg after 19 years 1-2 loads a day . So happy to have another washer .
