I had the older model of this machine and after 12 years it was time for a new one. I love the newer model even more! The quick wash cycle is only 15 minutes!!! It’s perfect for things like my tablecloth or dish towels. It’s also large enough to wash my king sized comforter with no problems. I purchased the gray model and it is really sharp and dirt/mark free unlike the old white one I had before it. Great product.

We read all the good and bad reviews from many different brands. This has the best overall rating and personal friends all agree. So easy to use and very sleek. My son loves to press buttons so that's fun too. Someone stopped my wife and I in store and said "get that washer I have it and it's amazing!!!" We said that seals it we are sold.

Replaced my 9 year old LG with this model. Love it, extremely quiet. That was probably my auditory clue that my other machine was on it's way out. Great selection of wash modes, tried the steam option, long cycle but I could tell the difference vs. the speed wash which is my go to choice. Spin cycle is QUIET. I've read concerns with how loud it is when loading the water but nope...not sure what those complaints are about.

We got the washer and dryer set. The installation went smoothly for our scheduled delivery time which was a month after purchase. The machines look very clean and professional. We have done 8 loads so far and everything from the charming signaling dings to the quiet functioning has been great. We have them on a second story and don't have any vibrations from doing loads of laundry. Would recommend them.

There are several options and cycles for this washer. It loads a nice amount and isn't very loud.

I purchased this one along with the matching dryer. My mother also has the same washer. It's great and has some really nice features. It fits a good amount of clothes and bulky items. The next model up has a turbo wash function which can be useful if you want clothes washed quickly at times, but it was a function I didn't feel I needed to splurge on. Great washer and I would definitely purchase again!

So far this washer is excellent. Install was uneventful. Washer has gotten all loads clean. Does take longer for a load than my previous washer. Uses less water, which is a saving. Large tub capacity. I would recommend the washer. Also would recommend Best Buy. The gentleman that waited on me was knowledgeable, I told him what I needed and what I didn't want. He took me straight to this washer. Explained the features.

I bought this machine to replace a 6 year old washer that I was unable to fix without spending as much as I would on a new washer. I read every available review and this had very high marks, so I went for it. Having had it now for about 6 weeks, I can say it's ok. I have 3 kids and do a ton of laundry. I feel like the regular cycle is long on this washer 1:10. I have to have it on high spin for every load no matter the setting or the clothes come out wet and then take forever to dry. I have it on the second floor, so the high spin cycle makes a lot of vibration. It does have a lot of options for cycles, though, honestly, I basically use only the regular cycle on a regular basis. Lint collects along the front glass and in the inner ring and needs to be cleaned out after every wash (I guess not a big deal, but my other washer didn't need it after every wash). My tide pods that usually disintegrated in my old washer now get stuck to one item in the wash religiously. I don't know if that's the pods or the washer though. Overall, it's ok, though I wouldn't say it's as good as what I was expecting.

Fast and intuitive to use. Only con is that washer can smell moldy if it isn't dried after use.

This washer has so many options for every member of family...all needs from rugs, pillows, to perm press to delicates. I researched for 2 days online. Steam option will take a long time but quick was just 15 and really gets stuff clean. You won’t be disappointed. Get now before price goes up...thanks a lot Trump.

Good washer, good value for the sale price we paid. Cycles are a little long though. Cleans well, generally quiet.

Our 1st front load and we love it. It cleans real well. Its quite and uses less water.
