Cleans well. Runs quietly. Holds tons of clothes so I don't have to do as many loads.

I did not do an online review of this product as I had some strict limitations regarding size and so I had to rely on the Best Buy sales personnel to advise me of the best washer that would fit in my space. I was so pleased with the sales personnel as I bet I consulted with them at least 3 times before I made my purchase...and that was a long time...who can do without a wash machine for that long. I was so pleased with the advice I received from Best Buy and now I am very pleased with the wash machine. I have to be honest..I got more bells and whistles that I wanted but it was a "best buy" for the price and I am a sucker for getting a good deal. Also during the period of time I did not have a washer my neighbors allowed me to use their wash machine which was a top loader. After using a top loader again...never will I go back to a top loader after using one. My clothes get cleaner with a front loader and what a water saver they are. Front loaders definetly do have some restrictions...like you cannot soak clothes which I always did with a top loader but the pros far outweigh the negatives of a front loader vs a top loader.

A bit noisy in the spin cycle. Gets the clothes clean. Easy to use. Very similar to the one that it replaced.

Excellent and very quiet. Uses less water than our old top loader and does a better job.

The washer with steam works very well. It is quite.

I've become a bit skeptical about new products/technology nowadays. I've had my washer for about a year, I take proper care to maintain the product and so far it's performed well. I would recommend this washer. Manufacturer was having a rebate, this version was less expensive than the one with less bells and whistles which I would have preferred.

LOVE this machine! Fun to watch, easy to use and quiet!!!! Makes life simple.

This washer is really easy to use and it has some nice features like the "add a garment" if you have something you forgot to toss in, and "extra rinse" if you're washing something bulky like a blanket that needs a little more rinsing to get all the soap out. After I use the washer, I leave the door open for several hours and the drawer where the detergent goes even longer, so they can dry out. That really helps cut down on odors developing. I also use the "tub clean" feature periodically with tub cleaner available at the grocery store. Overall, I'm very happy with this washer. A word about delivery if this is going into a smaller space, like a closet: I had Best Buy come out and measure before I bought this so I knew it would fit. But then 2 different delivery guys brought it out and said it wouldn't fit. Best Buy finally sent someone to be there for the 3rd delivery guy and made sure it got installed. BB was great, but the experience was really frustrating. If you have a small space you might want to talk to BB about this ahead of time; the delivery guys don't work for BB so some extra effort is needed at communication.

I've had this washing machine for about a month, and it meets all of my expectations. I have a large family and do 1-2 loads per day, so a front loader is important to me in terms of saving water. I do want to mention that the capacity is so large that the matching dryer does not seem to be able to keep up. Meaning, the washer will clean an enormous load of clothes but when I transfer that same load into the dryer, the dry cycle leaves them damp.

This is a great washer, it is easy to use, quite, and spins the water out nicely.

I had to quickly get a new washer when my old one died suddenly. I didn't have much time to research but I told the Best Buy salesman what I needed and wanted to spend and he recommended this one. I am glad he did. This washer is great. Super quiet too (big plus). The only bad thing I can say about it is the extra settings buttons are hard to read but 0ther than that, so far, I love it.

My clothes have never felt or smelled cleaner. I love all of the settings. I have washed everything from stinky athletic uniforms to a comforter. All came out great. I am a guy and I brag about my new washer and dryer to everyone. I even got the pedestal washer with it and I don't regret that purchase at all. I have used it several times and it does the work intended.

I like the quality and ease of use of this machine. I will say it is hard to get used to the idea that is cleans well using so much less water than the old style machines but I have no complaints with how my clothes look and feel after being washed and dried. Some of the negative reviews I read I attribute to people not having read the instruction manual.
