Love this LG front load washer with pedestal
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In my previous home I had all KitchenAid appliances. In moving to FL and buying a new build home, the builder's grade appliances did not cut it with me. Within one year I purchased a new LG washer and dryer with pedestals. Since I could not get KitchenAid washer or dryer LG was the next best one. This washer holds so much more and cleans so much better plus it has many settings and prevents bending with the pedestal. Thank you Pacific Kitchens and Best Buy.

Quiet and clean
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This washer is quiet and cleans well. It even removes mildew smell from old rags. The cycle is a long, but worth it to get things clean.

LG sucks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I vowed to never buy another LG product but here we are. This is a good product however it appears that the pump goes between the 2-4 year range. I called LG and they wanted to charge me $125 to diagnose it even though thanks to YouTube I already did myself. Thanks you YouTube again I purchased the $25 pump, installed it and it’s working again

Love the washer.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did a lot of shopping and Internet research on various types of washers and dryer's before purchasing this LG model. I am very happy with the way it works, how quiet it is, and theamount of water that it saves. My clothes come out clean and soft.

Full-size features in smaller-size washer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is full-size washer, sized slighter smaller then most, is perfect for our small laundry room. Plenty of features/functions - and the graphite color is stunning and sophisticated.

It's Great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my old washer died, argh!.. i have to buy a new one... i spent a good 2 weeks reading reviews online.... even went to a local Best Buy store.... they showed me several top loading washers... then we came to this beauty... at first ... i was slightly put off by the idea of a front-loading washer... i wanted my old washer back with agitator.. i spent some time online reading stories about how clothes got twisted and tied up, how a front loading washer was actually better. so i said to myself.. .take a chance.. boy i'm glad i did.. i loaded my first load following all instructions and bam clothes came out practically dry after the final spin cycle. if you read other peoples reviews you'll probably read how it makes too much noise.. mine? .. i barely hear it... then again i don't overload it... maybe that's their problem?... you might read how there are always suds or maybe the washer doesn't drain... well.. don't add a tub of detergent...1 laundry pod is all you need ... oh and i love the extra water feature.. if it feels like you don't have enough water in there sometimes... looks can be deceiving just press the "add water" feature.. and it gives you a little extra.. i'm sure those saying that it doesn't drain probably fully load the washer with enough water to fill a small pool... people think that more is better with this washer and it simply isn't the case... I had gone to a friends wedding and got some kind of black residue on my pants....i ran to the bathroom to try and wipe it off... no luck... I washed my pants the next day and stain was gone.. after i finish laundry.. i wipe it down.. and leave the door open so that it can air dry... i've had this for a little over a month now.. and i have yet to experience the issues everyone else has... my guess is that their issues are a result of not following instructions on use, overloading the washer with clothes, soap and water.. i would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet efficient washer..

Super Happy @ 1 month in
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the LG front load washer after about a month of analysis paralysis. My previous washer, a 10 year old top load Maytag Bravos was about to go and the repair man wanted $400 to fix it. I was fearful of the front load due to space constraints and mostly mildew concerns. I can say that I have not had any issues to date. The wash performance and options are better than any other of the 3 washers I have owned in the last 20 years. I couldn't be happier. Pros: Washing performance Quiet Water usage (low, but effective and has an add water feature) machine Depth (About 2" less deep than other brands) Capacity Controls Low detergent usage No indications of Mildew smell 30 days in Cons: Only cons to-date are the manual drain filter at the bottom front left of machine. I cleaned it for the 1st time this week and don't understand how the engineers could't design this out) Bleach fill is a bit challenging to fill

Quiet and Low Water Usage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this washing machine as I was moving into a new house. My previous washer had been top loading, so a front loading design was new to me. I have been very happy with it as it is quiet, gets my cloths clean, and uses much less water than the previous model I have owned. It has more features than I use, but it is very easy to select the cycle that I want without worrying about all of the other controls.

Excellent Washer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far this washer is excellent. Install was uneventful. Washer has gotten all loads clean. Does take longer for a load than my previous washer. Uses less water, which is a saving. Large tub capacity. I would recommend the washer. Also would recommend Best Buy. The gentleman that waited on me was knowledgeable, I told him what I needed and what I didn't want. He took me straight to this washer. Explained the features.

Large capacity and quiet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using this washing machine for a few weeks now, and I'm very happy. It is a large capacity front loader and much quieter than my previous washing machine. It has lots of easy to use washing options. I'm a fan of LG products in general - we have an LG dryer and TV's that we're also very happy with.

Ok, not sure if I'm doing something wrong.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had lg front loaders in the past that were fantastic, so I had high hopes. Perhaps too high. The spin is very fast, and some clothes are practically dry when I take them out, which is great for electric dryers. This model has huge capacity, so maybe I needed to add more detergent, (or less, since it's so water efficient), but my first few loads were disappointing. Stains, smells - was like I did nothing but dampen the clothes. Now, after a few weeks, I have a system. Separate towels (go ahead, gasp, I never did it before); some quasi believable rumors online say they hog the water. Prewash no detergent, just to get most of the clothes wet. 1 full scoop biokleen with 1 scoop oxygen bleach, water plus. Every load takes close to 2 hours. I *think* my clothes are clean? Still on the fence about this one.

Fits perfectly in my laundry room & super quiet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After experiencing multiple issues with 2 prior top loaders, i really wanted a front loader. The only issue was that most front loaders are too deep to fit into my gully styled laundry room. These units are only 29.75 inches deep and not the normal 34 inches without compromising capacity. I absolutely love this washer. Pros: - Spins super dry - Shortest wash cycle still cleans extremely well - It's super quiet - Zero mold buildup after using the machine for 3 months. - Love the steam function for cleaning pillows or other delicates. Cons: The NFC smart tag custom wash cycle function can be finicky at times to pair with your smartphone. Overall a great purchase.

Better than expected!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second LG washer. My older one is about 13 years old. This new one replaces that. I am very very happy so far. The machine is easy to use and understand. It is very quiet and smooth during operation. I have done well with LG and really have high hopes this trend will continue.

This is a great washer! Highly recommended!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can't say enough good about this front-loading washer. We are very happy with our purchase! This washer is very quiet, has a large capacity and plenty of different cycle settings for whatever we have needed to use it for. Although we have only had it for a few weeks, it hasn't failed to impress us yet with how fast the cycles are (compared to some washers we've seen in the past) and how well it seems to clean our clothes. A minor quibble: the advertised function to be able to see how much water we've used on our phone doesn't seem to work for us and I think that may be because it is for Android only. The documentation is not very clear on this point, but it's definitely not working on my wife's iPhone, so I'm going to assume it's Android only. That seems very odd.

Good wash
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: The washer is very good. The price was excellent. Quality seems very good. Many (too many?) functions to choose from Cons: a bit noisy, takes longer to wash than my old washer. Maybe it weighs the load before washing. Must clean door rubber seal after every wash, empty pump after every week.(not sure if that is good or bad) I have had it for under a month if something elese comes up I will update.

Great washing machine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Washer is quiet, very energy efficient, cleans very well. Does not rattle or shake with towels or rugs. User guide is well written and very understandable. It is a big upgrade on any previous washer we owned.

Brilliant!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love love it! The options, they way it looks, whisper quiet. Cleans excellent and holds a lot of clothes!!! Regarding mold - mildew - having it wet - leave the door open. Someone else mentioned the smell- I put several dryer sheets in there and it smells wonderful! You have to take the sheets out of the washer before you wash. Best dollars I have spent and what an amazing appliance. What did I do before ? You will not be sorry. I thought to save a few hundred here or there, but you figure you keep it for so long, years and years, those few hundred dollars is nothing. Get the color you want (graphite) and the front loading.
