It was time to upgrade our washer and dryer and this is the unit we went with after having luck with other LG appliances. The washer does a fantastic job and our clothes come out looking so much cleaner and smell great. Many functions and it is extremely quiet during use.

I haven’t used all of the features yet on this washer but am pleased with its performance so far. It looks great too and was a very good buy given the features it has. I like it better than the Kenmore it replaced (lost in flooding).

We replaced our Kenmore washer with this LG based on reviews. The LG washes very well, takes less time to wash, and is quiet. We’re still playing with settings to improve the gentleness of the washer. It is rougher on clothes than my previous washer. Clothes are also more wrinkled at the end of the wash, but it may just be settings.

I bought this with the pedestal and am super happy that I did. Having it off the ground is key to the experience. The direct drive motor is awesome. Super quiet and strangely enough, it's fun to sit and watch the different modes for the different types of cycles. No reason for me to go over all the specs and stuff you can read elsewhere, just know that I personally can't recommend it enough.

I did a lot of research on washers and dryers and I was almost talked out and f this one. But I got to tell you that I’m glad I got it because to is very quiet fast and performs very well.

From day one this washer has exceeded our expectations. It feels great to have a quite and rock steady machine that is whisper quite and does a fantastic job cleaning our clothes. we saved a lot of money and the staff at Bestbuy are were more than helpful.

I like the machine, clothes come out very clean compared to my old Samsung top loader washer. The only thing I don’t like about this machine is that it is very noisy and goes off balance with large loads. Also something that I noticed last time I did my laundry was that on the normal cycle the machine completely stopped during the spin cycle and never finish the job. I had to pause it and then push the play button in order to the machine continue doing its job. I guess this has something to do with a sensor ... and last but not least , I don’t like the fact that you have to actually drain the washer every two weeks otherwise the machine will leak water onto the floor, this is something the sales man did not explain to me!

I was afraid to go with anything LG, just because of all the complaints I read, but the associate at Best Buy recommend this model. So off his recommendation, I bought both the washer and dryer. I never been more pleased and actually love to do laundry. The two are very quiet and the stream settings are my favorite. My clothes come out really clean and I don’t need to used so much laundry soap. Even my whites are brighter. I didn’t think it was possible, I wash with vinegar, no bleach. In my last washer, the whites came out fine, but it wasn’t till I bought this one that I saw a huge difference. Even my husband asked me what was I doing differently and I said nothing. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

I researched, ordered and had delivered with just accomplishing on the app. Everything worked fine and delivery was made on date/time selected. The washer is great. It detects the size of load and adjusts the time of cycle accordingly. I am using far less detergent and clothes are coming out clean, fresh and after very short cycles. I am pleased. Plus this washer depth is about 4 inches less than other similar washers which is great if you have a small space. Plus this unit can be stacked. I would definitely recommend purchasing.

We purchased this LG front loader 4 months ago. Our previous front loader was 14 years old, so many of the LG settings are different - and save time with shorter cycle times. There has been a bit of a learning curve involving proper settings and detergent amount, but nothing too complicated. We find our queen-size sheets spin better on the bulky load setting, compared to the cotton or permanent press settings. And, the delicate cycle uses less HE detergent than the delicate cycle of our previous washer, which of course, is a good thing. The ability to turn on the drum light during any cycle is very useful, especially during our learning curve with the delicate cycle. We live in an area with extreme hard water and maintain the washer using the Tub Clean cycle every three weeks with Glisten Washer Magic. We also dry off the door, gasket and soap dispenser drawer after the last wash of the day. This routine is working well with eliminating any hard water residue. We have no regrets with our purchase and found shopping with Best Buy to be a very good experience.

Great machine. The technology is unsurpassed. It is a very large machine and not intended for closet spaces, it needs a room. Very quiet. Easy to hook up. Pretty heavy though, especially if the companion machine is attached.

Bought the pair. Beautiful design. Clean look. Can wash a lot of clothes. The door is a little finicky, but otherwise no complaints. Gets things clean. Really wrings the clothing out so dryer time is much less.

I had a 5 year old top loading Whirlpool Cabrio prior to this, and it was the worst washer I had ever had. Difference between this LG and tge Cabrio is night and day! This LG does an excellent job cleaning clothes. Very happy so far.

We love it so far. Very quiet, washes well, and is going to save us a ton of water and detergent/softener. Strong spin cycle will save us on drying cost as well. Only had it a few weeks, but very happy so far.

Man I don't even hear my washer when it's working. I can watch a suspenseful movie and the suspense never breaks! The chime makes laundry fun, the light is amazing and the color is just freaking cool. Oh and it does great as far as water effienciency. Very pleased.

Unlike the companion dryer, the washer is still going strong and doing a good job for the most part. Sometimes the spin cycle goes a bit crazy, as if possessed (it is not a balancing issue) but otherwise nothing of note.

I love the features and capacity of the washer. Runs efficiently and of course has the happy chime when the cycle is done. Not sure how it could be improved because there are no complaints here!

When my former washer started to give out, I had no hesitation choosing another LG! Efficient and quiet- always does the job perfectly!!

Its been awhile since we have had to purchase a washing machine. This machine runs quiet. It has a great starting function which makes it easy to select what type of wash you are doing. There is a light inside making it easy to see your items. I really like the sensory option as the machine feels the load of the laundry to be completed and then sets the appropriate timing needed. Overall a great product. I just wish they had the drawer available for purchase when i bought the washing machine so I don't have to bend over to pull items out. It can be ordered, just not available in the store at the time.

So far so good. Quiet, efficient, clothes come out clean with less water usage. Only thing is that it sits slightly low for my wife's liking. We'll probably get a drawer stand to put it on.
