This is a very good washing machine. It is quiet, efficient, and has a large capacity. I would recommend the manufacturer consider allowing consumers to reverse the direction of the door.

Way better than our old Top Load Washer, takes more clothes than the old ones with an agitator, we went from a 5.2 to this one 4.3 capacity. This one takes more clothes easier to clean as well

Enjoying learning about all the different functions this washing machine offers. Clothes come out looking and smelling clean! Very quiet when in use. So far I have been very happy with it!

1) Enough capacity to wash about 5 bath rugs nicely 2) very quiet, make sure though ...that it is installed correctly on the pedestal washer or drawer. 3) “end of cycle” signal chime can be turned off, if doing laundry at night or when people are resting. 4) longer wash cycles than my old kenmore elite. 5) clothes come out nicely wrung out 6)Washer door either swings Wide open (or )can be left open in a Slit .. not half way. I always leave it wide open to aerate: Advantage: dry, no smell at all. Disadvantage: difficult to move in my light laundry room with a widely open door.

Picked this up over the Memorial Day weekend. It is quiet, works well and has all the features I need. I have used LG models in the past and have been very reliable, so I expect this will be no different. VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure you the installer properly balances the unit, I made the mistake of moving mine slightly and it increased the noise A LOT. If it is properly installed, it is a very quiet unit.

Look is gorgeous in this price category. Seen multiple other models from many other brands and finally decided on this. Noise level very low, wash quality is great, Happy with the purchase.

I have had an lg washer and dryer for years 11 to be exact , unfortunately my washer recently died so I bought this washer. I can't tell you how much I love it. Boy have these washers come a long way in 11 years. The turbo wash speeds things up but also adds soap and more power to wash water and the 6 motion technology is amazing. My clothes have never been cleaner. The black stainless steal is not only beautiful but cleans up nicely no fingerprints or streaks. Can't say enough about this machine. The salesman at Best Buy searched for a deal for me and got me the best price possible. The delivery man was so nice and helpful. Got to say buy this machine and from Best Buy

This is by far our favorite washer. It is user friendly and works very well. We purchased it with the stand that has the built-in washer and it's the perfect accessory!

I have used my "LG - 4.5 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Front-Loading Washer with Steam" for several months now and I can definitely say without any reservation that this is the BEST clothes washing machine that I have ever had! It has shown to be very effective in washing fabrics in all categories to include large towels, whites, permanent press, and delicate. It is also extremely quiet while performing its function. It is a great value and I would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market to purchase a clothes washer.

The LG is large enough to wash large loads of clothes. It’s quiet & has LOTS of cycle options. The LG also cones in a fun color!

So far, so good! I had my previous LG for over 13 years and was very happy. It was starting to give me issues with error messages so I decided to get a new set. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. All features work well. I was able to set up the app pretty easily. It's quiet and has the combination of settings that I prefer for my laundry. My only complaint is the door - it's primarily plastic and does not seem like it's going to hold up to the wear and tear. It squeeks something terrible unless you manage it only by the handle area. As far as functionality, I have no complaints and look forward to using this set for a long time.

We recently purchased a new washer and dryer after having our old set for 14 years. I've honestly washed more clothes in the past 3 days than I have in months. It really cleans and makes my clothes smell fresh. There are a lot of options but everything makes sense when selecting the cycle. I actually grabbed towels from the linen closet and threw them in without soap. It was funny to see that I started getting soap bubbles during the cycle. My old washer wasn't getting them clean I guess. Big note: Read the directions. The 1st cycle I ran didn't remove the shipping bolts. The washer almost fell off the table.

Wife is very happy with this washer, cleans the clothes well while being very quiet. She also loves the quick wash.
