Really valuable washer. It kind of quite and efficient. It detects how many cloths inside and decide how much water to inject.

I love this washer. It is so simple to use and quiet. My clothes are freshly clean with every wash.

We have been very happy with our new LG. The settings and controls are pretty self explanatory making it easy to quickly use the machine. The washer is quiet and I noticed after the first load how much cleaner my clothes smelled. The spin cycle really removes excess moisture from the laundry so drying time is cut down. LG provides sliders to put on the feet, so if you are like me and have your washer installed under a countertop, these sliders make installation much easier.

I purchased this machine about a month ago from BestBuy. It looks great and also wash great too. There is no doubt that this machine is so far the best washing machine I have ever owned or even used, so far washing is concerned. But it came with a very nagging and constant issue of water leaking. I always use a very high quality HE detergent, Persil. When I first contacted LG customer service to get the water leaking problem fixed, they suggested me to check the detergent and shared some nice video on how to solve the issue. As per the suggestions, I used less amount of detergent and no softener used. But the problem persists. I went to reduce the detergent amount by half and still the issue is there. My previous LG washing machine (Model. WM2016CW) never had any such issue and served me for about 12 years without any problem. That's why I decided to purchase another LG this time. I also like to mention that LG customer service is not that great. It seems to be reluctant to provide warranty service even within a month after purchase. Now, I have to re-think about LG products in future.

Our washer died - so what was available was more important than the precise model. Overall this has been a very good unit - we have run lots of dirty cleaning rags through it, towels and shirts with stains, and I have been pleased with how well it cleans. But it has no Active Wear / Sportswear cleaning cycle - seems odd given the how many others offer this option. I though I would just program the "download" option - but nope - the LG app can't work with near field, only WiFi, and this washer doesn't offer WiFi only near field. We are not going to get an Android just to program a wash cycle.

This LG washer is gorgeous and easy to operate. Lot of options for washing items. Very quite and powerful

Sensors determine the load size, and uses water accordingly. It is quiet, and gets the clothes cleaner than the front loading maytag.

Very quiet. This is our second LG front loader. The first one lasted 14 years being run everyday. This model gets clothes cleaner than the old one.

The installation went smoothly and the operation so far is quiet and efficient. Clothes are clean and dry when the cycle is finished.

Having had Samsungs for that past 6 years, it was by happenstance that we purchased the LG this time around. Frankly, the last Samsungs we purchased didn't thrill us with the settings, the efficiency nor the all-around quality. So because the Samsung didn't fit the space and we had been thinking of trying something new we went with the LG and are happy we did! We feel the LG is easier to navigate and is an overall better product than the previous brands we have used.

I have had an LG washer for 15 years prior to buying this new update. Over 15 years I had not one service call needed and now I look forward to LG being just as dependable. This new washer has so many nice upgrades, like bright whites, a sanitary setting, Alergiene, Turbo wash and about 10 more settings. The washer is also controllable by my phone, though I am not sure I need that but it's a nice touch. Best Buy's set up and installation was perfect and my wash is cleaner than ever.

My wife has been bugging me for a new washing machine lately, so I decided to surprise her with a new one. She really wanted a front loader, which I've heard mixed reviews about, so I really did my homework to find the right one. I've heard great things about the LG's and most of the reviews confirmed what I was hearing. Glad I purchased this LG washing machine, my wife absolutely loves it. There are many wash cycles to choose from, but more importantly the "hand wash cycle" was a must for my wife. A lot of her clothing is hand wash only. The washer is so quiet we forget it's even running sometimes. Compared to our old washer, our clothes look, smell and feel much cleaner with the new washer. This washer has all the "bells & whistles" not to mention the cool LED lighting. Overall it was a great purchase thus far, I can't get my wife out of the laundry room and my clothes are always clean. Win, win for the both of us lol.

Very happy with this machine. Clothes definitely come out drier. It's relatively quiet, easy to operate, works great.

Was delivered with matching dryer, no problems with the install. It is simple to operate, even if the many settings. It runs quiet and does a great job. I've only used the basic settings so far, but am very happy with my purchase. No buyer's remorse, and am glad I chose this model. I didn't buy the matching pedestals because of the cost (over $250 a piece), and don't need them, but they would have been nice.
