Love this washer. I bought it as an open box item and couldn't be more pleased. Great price. I've had it for 7 months and love the features, the look and the quality, quiet wash.

The dryer can get noisy and rattle on spin cycle but gets the clothes clean. I have not used all the features yet and will have to re-review after a year to see how the dryer holds up.

I've had my new LG washer about two weeks now and so far I'm very happy. I'm still learning all the great features. The best feature is how clean my clothes are getting, just awesome. I've had a different brand front load washer for 12 years and it never cleaned like this washer. It handles huge loads as well as small loads well.

The new technology helps to keep the ring around the door frier then previous washers. This reduces potential mold in the washer. It is quiet and slightly small in size that helps in smaller spaces. Very happy with our purchase.

Started drying really well at first, not quite as much now but we have the extra warranty so no worries, The install team did a great job and easily worth the cost

After many issues with a Samsung Washing machine, we looked at all brands for the best features and reliability. We are very pleased with the performance of this washing machine, it cleans quickly, yet effectively. Best of all it does not leak all over our floor like the Samsung this replaced. We will probably replace the Samsung Dryer for an LG dryer next year also. Thank you BestBuy and LG!

After four years of heavy use still runs perfectly. No problems. Recommended periodic cleaning is essential!
