It’s been a few years now and I still love this washer. Never had an issue and clothes come out clean every time.

You need to make sure you keep the door open after use to omit moisture build up in the seal.

Love the large capacity. Umpteen choices. Relatively quiet.

We got this because it also had the hand wash cycle so had a great feature set. Reviews also said this brand had the best reliability.

This machine works great! It is very easy to operate, and the clothes end up coming out clean, which is all I can ask for. Cleanup only consists of wiping the door, and occasionally draining out and cleaning the lint trap. I like this washer much more than the complementary LG dryer model, which takes way too long to dry the clothes.

it has been 8 years since we bought a washer, and we had a top end Samsung. This is a much better machine. it does a load is about half the time, it's quiet, and the anti vibration feature works well. Since our laundry room is on the main floor, that's important. Clothes are clean, so I don't see any negatives after the first month.

I've had the washer (and matching dryer) for about 6 weeks now and have had pretty much only positive things to say about it. It works well, has a large capacity, and seems to get my clothes clean. The only slight complication was a large comforter that seemed to block the drain in the washer, leaving part of the comfort too wet. I rearranged the comforter and ran it another round and it seemed to work.

I love this washer! It's big has a bunch of options and the cycles don't take to long.

It was time for me to replace a 15-year-old dryer. Decided to replace the dryer and the washer so they matched. I was totally surprised by all the things that washers today can do. I bought this washer that has a steam option on it. Also has a stainless steel drum and a ten year warranty on the motor. To be totally honest I didn't realize that the washing machine could make such a difference with my laundry. I'm actually having fun doing my laundry and have absolutely no complaints about the washer or its installation. Initially I thought I was going to be buying a Maytag, whirlpool or Kenmore but after a significant amount of research I realize that my LG washer is probably pretty good. Spoke to various repairmen and they said they could get parts for this machine for repairs and that they themselves buy LG's for their homes. This helped me make my decision. Very satisfied.

After a lot of research we decided to go with this product. Best buy contractor was on time and installed the washer as promised. All in all a very good buy in our opinion

Love my new Washer and it's remarkably quiet, quick, and fairly easy to use. My only complaint would be the troubleshooting issues. But I downloaded the app onto my cell phone and it tells me easily what the issues are and have made it easy to resolve said issues. LOVE the jingle, probably my favorite thing about them =)!!

This was an excellent purchase. It was on sale so we got it for a good price. It uses very very little water so our water bill dropped drastically after we started using it. It's also very quiet. Can only hear it when house is very quiet. Clothes always come out clean but haven't put anything really nasty in there yet.

Thought this product was good. It was but with the finest materials from over the world. Best Buy's service is unmatched.

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this washer/dryer combo and it has fit every need that we have had! Fits perfectly into our laundry room, looks sleek and modern, clothes come out very clean, and is super easy to use! We also sprung for the side-kick washer pedestal which makes everything even better!
