We got the washer and dryer in grey. They look great & are very quiet. There are a ton of settings & the rack makes washing shoes very easy! Highly recommend.

waited a long time for this upgrade...very pleased so far

My disappointment with this purchase is with Best Buy's inability to correct the issues I am having with the washing machine and other issues with installation dispite being told everything would be made right. Calls are not returned either.

Bought washer because it was on sale. Always been happy with LG. Still learning the steam stuff, but I love it! Amazing how much dirt and stains come out!

Looks great, washes great. Pretty quiet, especially on standard cycles. Only knock on it is it rattles a fair amount when doing heavy loads, but we do those so infrequently it really isn't an issue.

I love my LG washing machine! I was unsure about the front loading machine getting the clothes clean. But with the jets inside the machine that soak the clothes, our clothes are very clean. My machine has the Turbo Wash for the regular cycle as well as some other selected cycles. Our clothes are finished in under 30 minutes. It's great!! Also the associate at Best Buy was very helpful and their delivery staff was on time, quick, and very pleasant.

It makes a loud noise when water is filling like air in pipes

We have another set at rental property for over 8 years. they are the right size and capacity and they have all the characteristics my wife wants

Have had for a little over a month now and love it. Easy to use, lots of settings, fits a king comforter, looks great, everything we wanted.

I love this washer, it's huge, with loads of features, washes very clean with much less detergent, and you can sync it to your cell phone.

I upgraded to High Efficiency Washer and I love that it uses less water than the older standard washers and that it is much quitter!

This is our 2nd LG steam washer and dryer. First one even survived Chinese drywall when most other electronics did not. First equipment is still running excellently and we purchased the latest model for our new home. Did not even consider any other manufacturer. Could not be any happier with LG.

Got a pretty good deal on this washer. The load holds a lot. Does fit comforter and othe big items easily. Quiet enough

We have had the washer for about a month and like it so far. We can hear the chime from across the house when the cycle is done. It it's nice to adjust the signal level as well in case we are washing while we sleep. The tag on feature doesn't work with iPhone, would be a nice perk but that wasn't a selling feature for us. The lights for both the control panel and tub are nice and bright.

My old LG washers bearings went out and this new LG is great with a larger capacity that holds my king size comforter.

First time buying it and my wife loves it makes everything easier now
