Best washer I have ever bought. Washes king size bedding with ease. Many settings to choose from. Energy efficient and quiet.

I was very impressed with settings of this washer. It runs very quiet and the capacity is spacious enough to fit king size bedding along with two twin sets of sheets/pillow covers. I really like all the options and especially the 15 minutes quick wash when you need to wash new clothes. Very nice washer and would definitely recommends to anyone looking for a great spacious washer.

Love my new washing machine. Easy to use controls. Super quiet machine that does not overheat the room. Has a very large capacity and is kid friendly.

I got this washer in April. Initially wanted a bigger size, but this one is just great has a big capacity inside. The performance is also good. I wash most of my clothes in delicate cycle with cold water and the result is great even without using too much detergent. Also I use sanitizing cycle for bedding and towels. so far I am very happy with my purchase.

Studied this purchased for months. Loved the LG front loader for the number of cycles, energy efficiency and the Turbowash. The large capacity allows me to do in one load what used to be three loads in my previous top loader. Pre- wash cycle helps with very dirty kids' clothes. Spinning makes the drying time very short too. This model fit into my old space and is actually a bit more narrow but comes out into the center of the room further, which is an easy trade off for the capacity gained.

Surprised at how quite this washer is. Clothes come out very dry after spin cycle resulting in very little time needed in the dryer afterwards. Does a great job of cleaning clothes. This is my 2nd LG washer. Have had the other one for five years now with no problems so far.

Great product - washes great, very quiet, and looks good! That said, the delivery and instillation were horrible. They did not hook it up correctly, broke the dryer, blew our 220 circuit in my fuse panel, and I had to cut/adjust the dryer vent for them.

Had an LG that lasted 10 plus years. This new unit is larger, has more options and is easy to use. It's quiet and cleans extremely well. We haven't used the steam option or the sanitary option yet. Installers were great too. Nothing but good things to say about the unit...and I like LG products. Have their TV's and refrigerators too.

I took my time and researched very carefully......this washer performs superbly. The clothes come out great and makes drying the clothes so quickly as the washer doesn't use much water. Quiet, efficient and has allergen cycle. Awesome!!!

This washer is a lot more quiet (and stable) than other HE washer's I have experience. Past models I have used were top loading Whirlpool HE machines, those were extremely loud during rinse and spin cycles. Zero vibration from what I have noticed. Worthy to note that we have ceramic tile in our laundry room. This LG purrs like a kitten compared to the roar of the lion associated with other brands/models. This alone is worthy of 5 stars in my opinion but coupled with the numerous options/settings makes this washer a perfect 10. The steam settings are a HUGE winner... with 2 elementary school kids and 2 teenagers in the house, we need all of the help we can get on both dirt and germs -- this LG delivers!!

I am now able to wash all of my Clothes once every two and a half weeks, due to its huge capacity. I love the many functions and pre-sets, but I also like the ability to choose my own. My clothes come out so much cleaner than with my old washer.

Very nice washer - I was surprised how much has changed since I last bought my first front loader 10 years ago. I use the cold water cycle and so far it has worked well. I used the towel setting - not sure what difference it made from the normal setting but the towels did come out nice. My wife is super paranoid about the mold issue since one of her co-workers spooked her with the "mold problem" It has a nice little magnet to keep the door ajar to let air circulate. LG also recommends that you wipe down the gasket when you are done. Yes it creates some water hammering but not too bad in our house. I bought some mini water hammer arrestors form Amazon but was disappointed to find that they would not attach to the water inlets which are made of plastic - not metal and this is the only complaint I have with it.

After a LOT of research my wife and I decided we would get the Electrolux primarily because that front loader is the only one with a reversible door. We just bought a new house and for some reason the typical position of the washer and dryer was reversed so the two doors opened against each other creating a wall between the washer and dryer. The price of the electrolux, however, became more of an issue and we decided to just suck it up, buy a different brand and deal with the door issue. I'm so glad we did! We purchased the LG (it's really what we wanted) along with the matching dryer. While the delivery guys were there I asked on a whim if it would be possible to just install them in the opposite manner that would put both doors opening out and they said, "Sure." Wow! These guys had the proper length of hose and dryer vent and they are positioned properly and I haven't even gotten to how well they work. The washer is great. Just remember that it takes a little more effort to maintain in that you need to wipe down the door glass and the rubber seal around the door to prevent mold that is supposedly common in these front loaders. All I know is we've had the washer for a month and we haven't had any mold because we wipe it down and leave the door cracked so it can dry out. If that is too much work for you then you have bigger issues. this thing works great and has a really pleasant melody that alerts you when the cycle is complete. FYI, we bit the bullet and went ahead and bought the pedestals for the pair. these things are WAY overpriced (much like eyeglass frames. I never understood why those things are so expensive. I'm in the wrong business) but they really do make a big difference in the overall washing experience, as it were. You can't go wrong with this.

So far everything is even better than expected. I don't know what's better, the washing machine or the sales and service we received from best buy. From the point of sale to the great delivery men, this has been perfect. We were apprehensive about buying major appliances from best buy. When I grew up Sears was the gold standard for buy appliances. Well I can tell you Best Buy is certainly a top contender. We shopped the the usual places and Daniel at Best Buy was by far the leader. he is exceedingly knowledgeable about his products and knows how to treat his customers. We will certainly be back! The washing machine so far has exceed all of our expectations.

It's quiet, not whisper quiet, as you still can hear, but it's not noisy like the old top loading. There's no vibration as it spins. Beautiful appearance, with LED light control, and a jingle when cycle is done. Door can be installed to open on left or right side. It washes well. We have tried washing a queen comforter and it fits.

Very good product, i am very happy wit it. Very easy to work with, easy to clean and maintain.. if something wrong will give you err code and once you vlear it is ready to go again.. inside size is impressive and no more public laundry...

The multiple functions are strait forward and easy to use. Washes everyday normal messes quickly. Steam function seems to take the moldy smell from the towels the kids don't hang up to dry.

We replaced an older Maytag top loader with this machine. It really gets things clean and even removes stains that our previous washing machine could not touch. Very easy to load and unload.
