We have only had this washer for about a month now but I am loving it. It replaced a set we have had for 9 yrs. We are a family of 6 so I do a lot of laundry and so far this washing machine is making it much easier and faster than I ever imagined. It fits very large loads and does an amazing job of spinning out all of the water. We also bought the matching dryer and I am in love with it too!!!

We were really hesitant about switching over from our beloved Whirlpools which we had for 12 years and still working. But new house! New appliances! We really debated at the store one day and still didn't decide until we went back the next day. But they were on sale and most online reviews were lacking for this particular model. But reading past track record of their other models seemed to sway us over to choosing this LG. We haven't doubted our buy one bit, 2 months into using them! Plus I really like the flexibility in terms of programming the machine! You can go online and get additional settings for these machines. You can also diagnose issues with the machine through there app available on the Play Store and Apples App Store. I'm definitely loving it!

I did read the reviews and do use ONLY the quick wash feature as I cannot fathom the idea yet of wash taking over an hour. So I cannot speak to ALL the features yet, but it was VERY easy to understand despite all those features. Turn on, turn dial, press start. However, one thing I did NOT encounter: Water in the tubs where you put detergent and softener that I cannot figure out out to get rid of/prevent. So that's annoying. We DO leave the door open after washing as water does gather there, as does dog hair. So cleaning is necessary that wasn't for my old fashioned washer we replaced. We have more people in the family now, so I cannot say energy-wise whether this has saved us money yet. Advice: Wait til there's a washer/dryer special to buy this even if you don't need the dryer. Get it and resell it or donate it. Otherwise, I have buyer remorse for the cost. It's done now, so we'll live with it - hopefully for a LONG time. I won't be reading replies to my review, sorry. I bought this washer as a part of a combo with a matching dryer. I wanted something with a large capacity that could easily handle at least a king size comforter. It's a bonus that this one also handles the entire bedding set all at once! I love the multitude of washing settings, including bulk items, towels, whites, sanitary, and allergiene modes. Front loading washers are more energy and water efficient and are gentler on your clothes. All around, a really great value!

I've been using this washing machine for the past two weeks now and this is my 1st experience with a front loader machine. My previous machine was a top load which was one of the first ones they came out with and had the very low agitator that was about 7-8 inches high. If you didn't have very dirty clothes it worked fine but my husband works in a machine shop environment and his jeans would get somewhat dirty on the top of the leg above the knee area. They would never come clean. The dirt would settle in the creases at the end of the cycle. HOWEVER, with my new washing machine I don't seem to have that problem anymore. The jeans are coming out clean when used on the Jean cycle. I'm very pleased with my new washing machine. It does an excellent job! I would recommend this washing machine to my family and friends.

This wash machine performs much better than my Bosch, which I had to be replace after 4 years and Maytag that I have also used in the past. It is very quiet, great technology and cleans effectively. It is like driving a Lexus instead of a Chevy, costs a little more but well worth the investment.

This washing machine had most of the features I wanted and the BB salesperson showed me the download other wash cycles feature for the settings this didn't have that I wanted... unfortunately, you can only download a couple of odd cycles like a jeans cycle so that was disappointing; I would have went for the other washer had I known. Otherwise, this machine is good and it's quiet.

We purchased this as a replacement for one of the first generation HE front loaders that had lasted 10 years. The build quality is excellent. It takes a bit to learn how to take advantage of the various cycles and add-ons, but in the end is a very efficient washer. We have used the entire range from heavy duty to delicate down items always with good results.

We got great service from a 3.5 cubic ft Lg front loading washer (also purchased at Best Buy) so when it was time to replace it, we naturally went to the Best Buy website and researched what was available - found what we wanted ( 4.5 cubic ft. Lg) and scheduled delivery and removal of our old one and everything was accomplished in 48 hrs. from time of purchase.

Washer is quiet with great functions . User friendly and large capacity for a busy family of 5. Love it

The washer works great. It cleans large loads well, and is quiet.

We purchased from Best Buy -got an awesome deal. We also purchased the extended Five year warranty for a minimal cost. This washer has all the bells and whistles. It does steaming and also does sanitary! Fast efficient and energy wise. Handles big loads with ease and it is quiet.

We originally had the new Samsung front loader and it started leaking in less than a month old so we opted to replace it with the LG. Compared to the Samsung it is a little more complicated to figure out what to choose before washing and I tend to just wash everything on the same one. We got the Graphite color which is dark grey and the writing on the machine is black so it is very hard to see even having a light directly overhead. It's almost worse with the light on because it makes the front of the machine shine and you can't read anything. I often have to use a flashlight just to see the writing. Other than that we love the machine. Before getting the Samsung and then this one a couple weeks later our last machine lasted 22 years. I'm hoping this one lasts as long...we'll see.

Quiet. Efficient. Cleans quickly. You'll probably need water hammer arrestors though. I did.

The washer is terrific and exceeds our expectations. It's quiet, efficient and fast.

Does a great job, runs pretty silently, havent had any issues with it since purchase. Just have to remember to leave the door open when it's not in use so it can dry itself out and not form any mildew / wipe down the water droplets from the door and opening.

This LG replaced a front loader we had for over 10 yrs...now I'm glad the old one broke. The LG is quiet and has good cycle times. Things like the magnet that holds the door just slightly open to keep mold from occurring is a nice touch. Be aware that you will prob need to install anti water hammer devices with this machine or any new one. These evinces just screw into the valve/hose.

Very quiet and it is large. I can do all my laundry for the family in two loads.

I love it! My laundry is super clean! I don't think it is to loud at all. Remember to keep same sized items together so it doesn't get unbalanced. That has only happened once though. Over all great washer so far.

Washer is very easy to use, controls are not complicated. Also nice and quiet.
