We found this washer when we were just looking. It was dented on the sides so was offered at a great price. We took the time to do some on-line research which turned up mostly positive reviews, before completing the purchase. It's performing without problem so far and is easy to use, we've only had to look at the manual a couple times.

We have had washer for about a month now. Washer is fast, quiet. My only complaint is, that like many who bought it. There is a water hammer sound when the valves open and close, which repeats more than I expected. This was solved by buying water hammer arrestors that are installed between the washer and supply hoses (about $10. each). I have to give a thumbs up to the Best Buy delivery team for delivering it during a snowstorm that dumped 8" of snow that morning.

I like all the different cycles that this washer has plus it's ability to handle a larger load. I also like that you can select up to three rinse cycles - I have issues with allergies so this is a nice feature. The sole con to this machine is when it is filling up it makes a knocking noise which they say is from the water pressure being too high but I check my water pressure and while my pressure is on the high side it wasn't over the limit. My previous machine also didn't have an issue with the water pressure, so If you can overlook that one con than I'd say it's a great washing machine. Lastly this isn't a big issue for me, but the whole phone tracking thing that is advertised - doesn't work with IPhones or so I've surmised - From what I've read iPhones don't have NCF capability. Again that part is from what I found from others who couldn't get the APP to work with the machine.

We bought this washer for its capacity, the Best Buy price, and its reviews. We were not disappointed. It cleans perfectly and can handle a king sized bedspread with no problems. We have had no service issues with it, either, so it has been extremely dependable. We would buy this item again in a heart beat!

I am completely satisfied with this washer. I tried almost every function during the 1st week after I received it. It works great! It fit all my demands. The manual is very clear to explain every function. Now I have owned it for one month. It is really good experience to use it.

Bought this to replace an older front-load washer that has been giving us trouble during fill cycles. Problems solved. It is cavernous and has a seemingly infinite number of settings to customize the cycles to whatever you need to get clothes clean. Big fan of LG products!

I do love my new washer, it does a great job, my only suggestion would be that it would be nice to have a completely manual setting. I can usually find a cycle that fits my needs but it takes time to learn them all. It's a beautiful nice set though and is getting a lot of use.

Saw many positive reviews and went with this model. For a 4.3 cf, it's not as big as I thought but when the clothes are done washing, they look like I only put in small loads. I love all the features it offers. The clothes come out cleaner than expected.

Until this purchase, my family only assumed that our cloths were clean. Now we know! The cloths feel cleaner and softer now that we are using this washer. We have had no problems with this washer, just rememeber to clean the lint that collects at the door or you will experience a small drip, nothing significant, and common among all front loading washing machines. These units are heavy, make sure you have help when positioning in your home. Use even less soap than manufactures recommendations for best results. The pre-filled laundry tabs have way more than you need, so i recommend using a liquid detergent.

The main reason I bought this washer was to wash my King Comforter. I have the comforter that goes down both sides of the bed and it fits in this machine. The washer is very quiet and has settings that allow you to finish loads quicker.

I have only used it several times on the normal wash cycle, but so far it's been working well. Less water usage and less detergent is a plus. It removes a lot of the excess water on the spin cycle, and it's really quiet. Make sure you level your washer first to maximize washer and spin efficiency.

Very happy with our purchase so far. Cleans like a charm and we like the many different cycle settings. Only thing to be aware of is that this machine is very HEAVY to move. But that is a minor complaint for the quality of the product.

Love my new washer. Gets my clothes clean and removes almost all the moisture--makes drying fast!! No complaints yet, overall a great machine. Installation was great also! The two men that did the delivery were exceedingly careful going up my stairs (included turning a corner up the stairs).

Quiet and smooth; cycles are purposeful and very helpful when deciding the best wash for the material. Uses a LOT less water than our old traditional washer with better results.

I was surprised at how efficient the washer is. There are cloths that I had given up on and found that the stains came out with detergent only, where I had tried combinations of detergents and stain removers to no avail.

It is very quiet and effective washer. It is so quite that you can barely realize it its working. It adjust the time and water usage by determining the amount at the beginning of each load. Very happy with the purchase.

We have a household of 5 with teenagers and use our washer and dryer almost daily. I do recommend the anti-hammer device for the water lines.

I purchased this washer after studying reviews here on bestbuy.com and at Consumer Reports. This particular washer has delicate and hand wash cycles, which were requirements for me. I'm used to a top loader where I can prewash some items then add more items before running a full wash; that can be done on this machine by selecting a wash setting then selecting the button Rinse+Drain. The only thing I can't do that I'm used to is a soak, front loaders just don't seem to work that way. But I can work around that. Clothes get clean and this machine uses a lot less water than my old machine. I like the Tag On feature.

I bought a floor model at a great price, but it had lots of problems. There was a missing hose so I could not use the washer for a week. Best Buy did a good job of resolving the issue, but I will never buy a floor model again. The washer itself has lots of wash cycles, is very energy efficient, and has lots of nice features.
