Recently purchased this washer and the matching stackable dryer for installation in a laundry closet. Upon delivery, Best Buy advised they could not install as they would need a 5ft gas hose (BB only sells/installs up to 4ft) so I had to hire a couple of contractors for the installation. Keep in mind this was due to the fact the machines were going into a closet so if your set-up is different, it shouldn't affect you. That said, the machines work great and I'm very happy with my choice. Washer is user friendly, performs well and is very quiet...this last making it ideal for a small space.

Definitely used less water than my previous top loader and doesn't harm the clothes as much. Buttons are so simple to use. Song indicator for completed wash is easily heard from the other room.

This is a great looking and quiet washer with lots of options for washing. The barrel seems strangely low to ground, but I am not ready to buy the pedestal just yet since I like the current level for folding. Satisfied with the results so far.

Love this front washer. Way better than top loading and very spacious. I can wash my king size comforter. The multiple settings is a huge plus and the steam option is perfect for pillows to be sanitized without losing the shape.

This is now the best washing machine I've ever owned, probably the best machine I've ever had the pleasure of using. There are so many cycles to choose from, my laundry comes out cleaner than ever and it's easy to use. Love the look too!

This is a fantastic machine! Great capacity - I can wash all of the bedding in it that I used to have to take to a laundromat to do. Beautiful looking as well. Worth the money!

Good looking front loading washer . Features a stainless steel drum and plenty of cycles and options to fit all my needs. Easy to use and handles mountains of clothes, sheets and towels. Energy efficient. My favorite feature is steam during the wash cycle for a thorough clean.

Love all the options, the quietness & that it's an energy saver! Big enough for my king size comforter. Also perfect size for our family of 7. Love the design & look as well.

Doesn't suffer from moisture staying in the drum after loads are complete. Easier to hear completion tone. Lots of options for settings.

I bought this washer about a month ago and love it. It is super quiet when it spins which is great because it is right by my kitchen. It is big enough to wash several quilts at the same time. It has a hand wash cycle which was a must have for me. I actually needed a dryer because my old one broke and was too expensive to fix and I decided to buy the set. The matching dryer has a stainless steel drum which is what I wanted. I am very happy with the set and got it for a great price at Best Buy.

This is one great washing machine. I have always like LG washer. They made it even better. Great washing options and better at sensing the load. I cleaning great and big bonus uses less water. Thus save on the water bill.

This is a great washer that has lots of functions. The main reasons I chose this model was for the footprint on the floor and for the water factor. I have it located on first floor so the smaller base dimensions helps.

This washing is just what my family of four was needing. It does blankets and small items wonderfully. Once it starts it runs quietly and has cute little bell sounds it the loads are done. I would recommend this machine.

Wish I had bought this sooner- never realized my old washer was so horrible until it broke and I was forced to buy a new one. It was the best thing that ever happened to doing laundry for a 2 YO son! I just thought he was rough on his clothes and then I did my first load in the new W&D... OLD stains came out in the first and second washes in this bad boy! We also run an AirBnB and I wear scrubs to work so the sanitary option is fantastic. The one thing I would warn on is to re-learn how you do laundry a little. I have always thrown everything together and now I was my gym clothes separately because the settings are so tailored. I also LOVE the hand washing option. The dryer is perfect too, because let's be honest, who really loves to iron and has the "throw the clothes in the dryer to get the wrinkles out" ever really worked? No! But now it does! The steam settings, the bulk settings, allergiene, the list is endless with how many features it has. The one thing I had to adjust to was how long the wash cycles are but now, the melody to tell my the cycle is over is so pleasant that I don't mind doing a load every other night and not spending and entire Sunday doing laundry. I also LOVE the delay wash because I can set a load in the wash ready to go in the morning but not have it start until an hour or two before I get home from work. Then it's freshly done and hasn't been sitting in the tub all day. Seriously, a major check mark in my book! Love this duo. I've always hated doing laundry until now. Oh, and, I thought I wanted a top loader but changed my mind and glad I did. Just get the tide washing machine cleaner and do the tub clean once a month (like you should be doing anyways), leave the door ajar, and you should be good with any avoidance of funkiness (so I have been told and so far experienced in the two months I've owned the duo.)

We do a lot of Laundry and this washer holds it all. We especially like the sport clothes setting. We also make sure we use cleaning tabs once a month and clean the filter/drain on the front as well.

This washer is quiet, effective and looks great. I'm very happy with my purchase. We have a family of 6 and this size washer is perfect for large loads, small loads, and the occasional super-sized loads.

We got the matching washer and dryer and are very happy with both. The washer has a very large capacity. I've washed comforters with no problem at all. Lots of settings for various washing cycles.

This machine is quiet and does a great job getting out stains. I have a 2 year old who knows how to get stains on his clothes and this washer has gotten all of them out, even if I forget to pretreat.

Have had this washer for two months, it works great, has lots of features and I've had zero problems with it.

Lots of washing options for a variety of clothes. Impressively quiet. Pedestal, which is way too over-priced (30% of the cost of washer is ridiculous), is a must for comfortable operation. If not for the overpriced pedestal I would give 5 stars.
