This is a super washer. It has sufficient settings for me. I don't need or want steam. Multiple settings for water temp. It really extracts water so the dryer is more efficient.

My mom chose this washer, and she just loves it. The only thing I would suggest is that you purchase a pedestal. The washer is a little low for her. She ends up leaving clothes in the washer.

We got this washer & the matching Dryer. They both work GREAT. We had Best Buy install it and they were very friendly and helpful. Delivery date/time was super easy and flexible. Love it!

Installation was a comedy of errors. We ordered "stacked" installation with dryer on top of washer. Apparently this means that they stack the assembly in the truck and deliver a stacked unit. This was a problem because in this old house there isn't an entry that allowed a stacked unit and they ended up dropping the dryer and both units ended up with scratches or dents. Then to top it off the dryer cord wasn't long enough and they don't sell a longer cord at Best Buy. So I had to order a long cord from Wal-Mart and install it myself. Salesman promised new units to be installed the next week and a discount on both units but that never happened only got a discount on one of the units. When the new units came I had to stop them from stacking the units on the delivery truck by threatening to refuse delivery. They finally got both units installed without any scratches or dents, but still no dryer cord. And no discount on both units. The washer seems to be having problems on the spin cycle (noise). So I'll be calling them out to look at it. I would not recommend buying from Best Buy if you require stacked units.

I had whrilpool duet before, I don't see much difference between these two but it stopped working after 3 years and repairs costing me 60% of new washing machine. I heard LG will last long let's see..

A 1st time buying a new frone loading washer. Had an issue with the install - Marlene with the local pacific sales arranged for the techs to come and level the macHine. Works wonderful

It's a great washer and works excellent! I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I bought this LG washer with the matching dryer and they are both easy to use, look nice and work great!

Best front loading machine I've ever owned Amazing how quite it operates even on high speed spin and clothes are clean. Controls easy to use and modify each load if need be.

I was told by repairman that my old Samsung machine would cost more to repair than it would cost to buy a new machine. He recommended this one. I really like the short cycle.

like the dryer a real work horse! Plays a short melodic tune when finished. Highly recommend!

This washer is large enough to clean big loads. It has a happy chime noise when it’s done washing. Only downside is it leaves a little water on the rubber seal but that’s easy enough to dry off.

Stacked washer and dryer and fit nicely. Cleans great and nice finish signal. This product is highly rated within the top two systems available. The service men are nice people.

Current design restricts where the washer can be installed. Needs to be designed such the the washer door can be opened from right side or left.

This machine is very efficient. My cloths don't only look cleaner but they even smell cleaner. I love using it. It's so easy that even my kids figured out how to use it without me having to show them.

This is hands down the best washer you can buy on the market for this price. Very spacy, never have a problem getting a lot of clothes in it. Always cleans thoroughly, and is surprisingly quiet when running.

I needed desperately a washer. I bought this one because I already had a GE and was really happy with it. I like the new one as well! It is a little bit loud when it spins, but it washes great.

Samsung nailed it! Happy with the quiet and great washer. The only I would improve is the timing on certain cycles, some cycles take an hour to wash completely

Other than the water filling up being a bit loud, this machine is much more quiet than my old one. It has many settings and I can wash a comforter and towels in one wash.

I love my LG front load Washer! I like the features, especially were you can add more water to your loads. I’ve had it over a year & it still works great!

Love my washer! It replaces the same model we had before. Easy to use and reliable. Cleans clothes really well and the clothes are almost dry when the cycle is finished!
