One of the best stackable washer dryer I've used in a long time.

I bought this stackable washer and dryer. I paid for a new unit and was given a used one. I only ordered this from Best Buy because they assured me that the unit would be delivered before I had to leave Florida to come back home to New York. When I complained to Best Buy and asked for an exchange they were unable to do it before I had to leave. So I’m back in New York and this used unit is sitting in my condo in Florida until I can get back there for the exchange. I believe they sent me this used to unit, hoping that I wouldn’t realize it. The washing machine had water in it, the dryer filter was filled with lint, and there were several scratches on the side. Hopefully I won’t have trouble with the exchange when I can get back to Florida but this will be the last time I trust Best Buy for any future purchases.

Cannot recommend. Delivered on 12/19/2022. Several problems, including 2 leaks. Poor customer service from the LG representative regarding the latest leak (09/28/2023).

within 4 months of purchase the seal broke causing water to leake all over floor.

Very noisy. Very disappointed as description states it's quiet. Maybe I got the exception.

The washer doesn’t drain completely the water when it’s done and the dryer doesn’t dry the clothes, it leaves them damp. Usually need 2 runs for it to dry them. No sure if it’s an installation problem or the machine itself.

Dryer doesn’t dry clothes. Outside of unit gets to 103-104 degrees. Geek squad argues that nothing is wrong with the unit however clothes aren’t drying. Best Buy geek squad recommended I put a bucket of water next to the unit and exhaust into the bucket ?!! That’s how their extended warranty works.

Terrible product. I’ve owned it for less than a year. The glass door of the washing machine shattered mid cycle. There was broken glass everywhere when I opened the door. To make matters worse, LG and Best Buy claim this is not covered by either warranty.

I will never EVER buy anything from best buy again. Bought washer and Dryer on August 2 got it delivered 20 days later and now it is falling apart. They have hung up on me 2 times and NO RESOLUTION what so ever.

I love my new washer and dryer unit. Great performance, quiet, and a really stunning construction. What I like best about the machine is how much smaller it is when compared to traditional stacked machines (a separate washer and a separate dryer). Because the Washer/Dryer are pre-integrated, you save about 8-10 inches in height and about 3 inches in depth. This is a huge win if you're working with a tight space. It also also for storage above the unit! I highly recommend :)

guys broke dryer vent hose (see pics); guys did not really know how to solve a problem TO FIT IN; the vent hose itself is bad, I expected of a better quality and FLEXIBLE; the whole stacked option does NOT fit where it should

I was considering so many other stacked washer dryer combos (2 separate machines I would have to stack). But when I saw this all in 1 wash tower unit, with the space savings, integrated controls and gorgeous looks, It was a no brainer; I bought it as soon as I saw it. The machine is quieter than I thought and seemingly very efficient (i'll know when my next utility bill comes). The city is also giving me a rebate for purchasing such a water efficient unit. Only thing is, the doors are not reversible, which wasn't an issue for me, but may be for some.

This washer and dryer has been amazing. The amount of clothes it can hold is impressive for its size. Controls are very easy. It has an option of downloading a free app that gives you tips and tricks for washing clothes. Even has pre-settings that you can download for specific wash/drying cycles. Is very easy to set up and no movement or noise while cycles are going. Plus is that it is very modern looking/sleek. If you download that app it also has ability to tell you what exactly is wrong or what part is not working if there are malfunctions. I do dry wall and construction related jobs, the washer has cleaned my work clothes perfectly.

The LG WashTower is a must have! I've had one for several years and just bought another for my condo in Florida. It's compact for small spaces, but it offers plenty of room for washing and drying large loads. This is a high tech, efficient machine that cleans clothes thoroughly and quickly, yet it's easy on your clothes. It offers great wash and dry options and easy to use soft-touch controls. The steam is an extra plus! I love its modern look and performance. Buy this and you will be very happy!

The LG WashTower is an elegant washer / dryer piece of equipment. It is quiet and does a great job cleaning clothes. The space saving aspect of the machine is appreciated and not reaching for controls like most stack set up is really nice. The washer and dryer tubs are full size, so there is no compromise in what they can hold compared standard side by side units. Best Buy did a great job delivering, hauling away old machines, and installing the WashTower. The installers knew exactly what they were doing and were in and out in not time.

I love my new LG Washtower washer and dryer. It takes up half the space, but still holds as many clothes as other full size sets. They are easy to use and super quiet. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stacked set!

The best washer and dryer wash tower you can buy for the money. If you’re looking for a space saving, high quality, reliable, and aesthetically pleasing unit then this is the one. If you just want something to wash your clothes and don’t care about anything else, this can do that too! However, this unit is SOO powerful for its size. Yes, it’s full size but it’s also moderately compact. We have done about a dozen loads and each load has been incredibly clean with no issues or quirks. There’s the “100” and “200” model (which is in the serial number), and we recommend the step-up. Why? Not because it’s the most expensive but rather it has some pretty sweet features. For example, there’s a turbo wash that really makes washing small loads or quick loads enticing. I find myself doing quick loads more than full loads, which also saves water and money. Secondly, the dryer has a steam feature that is absolutely incredible. I didn’t initially think it was worth it but if you need to freshen up some sheets, linens, light clothing, or anything before pre-ironing (or not) this feature will do you wonders. I could continue but I think this unit speaks for itself. For the price and what you get, including the control panel being centralized between the washer and dryer, it can’t be beat.

I absolutely love using these machines. They are quiet, stylish, and perform perfectly. A high level of performance at a budget friendly price. I highly recommend.
