we absolutely love this unit!! It allowed us to move the laundry up from the basement with the limited space we had to work with upstairs. It runs so quiet we can sit at the kitchen table right next to it while it's running without issue and it's the best looking washer/dryer set you'll ever see! two thumbs up!!

Both machines are quiet, attractive and so far very efficient at what they do.

Washer and dryer is awesome. Did about 20 kids of laundry in a 24 hour period. Appliance amazing. The delivery from Best Buy not so much. Delivery guys were great and got it in no problem. Issue was someone hooked up the dryer cord incorrectly leading it to ground out, spark in my face, shock me, and melt my outlet. Was given a corporate number at best by to resolve the issue. They did nothing. For all who are wondering I have a king size medium warmth down comforter - fit fine In the 4.5cuft washer and washed and dried no problem I have an oversized king down comforter 10’x10’ that did fit without forcing it but just looking it was too much for the washer. If you are looking to do Something that size you will need to step up to the studio with the 5.0 washer and see if it fits better or just go to the laundromat for that.

I love my wash tower I just hope I don’t have to move because it is very heavy lol

Unlike my previous stacked washer/dryer. this LG unit is full size with great capacity but still fits into a small closet area. Works very well and has all sorts of bells & whistles that I haven't even tried yet. Highly recommend!

Beautiful green color that matches my cabinets. Works well with LG app. Like the reminders that the wash is done, tubs or screens need cleaning. Does a decent job of high efficiency wash, sometimes clothes don’t completely dry - have to bump to “more dry” setting.

Love my washer dryer. You hear horror stories and that these are not good purchases however we have had ours for almost a year now an she holds up very nicely. So much more room in our laundry area and she cleans, drys a washes herself just fine! Honestly this is the smarter choice because the side by sides are such a hassle plus takes more space up while all you have to do is toss it up a move on. Self cleaning is amazing an all the smart phone capabilities are nice as well including the lullaby instead of an annoying beep that aggravates you every time you hear “laundry is done” oh it washes king size fluffy comforters and dog beds with toys JUST GREAT! Although when drying I recommend putting the comforter on time dry the sensor in bedding doesn’t sense the inside that crumbles up.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this as am a bit concerned on all the technology that could go wrong. So far, the product has exceeded our expectations. It is extremely easy to use, very quiet when in operation. It's a very smart combo...smarter than my husband and I.

Wow, for a stacked unit that fits in a closet, it can really hold a lot of clothes! This is an excellent unit compared to the traditional stacked units designed for small spaces. You will really maximize your space. It is easy to use with the controls together in the middle of the unit.

Love these machines. Easy to use, hold a tremendous amount of laundry, including a queen duvet and everything comes out beautifully. They don't take a lot of space in my small laundry closet and I have plenty of storage left.

I've only owned the washtower for a few weeks but I love everything about it. Both the washer and dryer have far more capacity than my previous top loaders. Plus I am so happy to have the extra space in my smaller laundry room.

I love this set. It is quiet and the speed wash usually takes about 20 mins. The Best Buy sales person Tim in monroe was also a huge help in my buying this pair. I love love love the all around experience of the unit and the purchase interaction.

With the phasing out of gas appliances, we replaced our old units with this electric washer and dryer. Amazed by the capacity and efficiency of this stacking unit. Love that the controls are in the middle between the two components so height challenged people can use the units easily

I love the stackable LG washer/dryer that we purchased! The stackable washer/dryer looks great, performs great each time I do laundry. Ita a perfect fit in our laundry room. So glad we purchased it. D. Arnold

I am loving my new wash tower, it has given us tons of extra space in our laundry area and works amazingly. I love how much dog hair this thing can pull from clothes, towels, etc. Having three dogs and one being a crazy furball, this thing is making life much easier. I love the dark color(white is so overrated) and am enamored with the features carrying over from washing to drying. Ive never had a front load washer before but always heard they wash better, and this is definitely a dream at that! We have upgraded all of our appliances to LG and are very happy with them all.

This thing has been amazing, zero issues, smart, quick and efficient. Being a tower, after I transfer to the dryer, I uust do a quick wipe down of the seal on the washer and leave the door cracked to let it dry out and have no issues with smell or mold. No leaks at all

Had an LG all in one washer dryer for about 5 years. Although it had the advantage of washing and drying the clothes in the same unit, over time the unit required about an average of 3.5 to 4 hours to do one load. Also, the unit required replacement parts to the point it was unfixable. Bought the LG Wash tower after doing some homework. After two months of use, what a difference! One load can be washed and dried in under 2 hours. Plus you can stagger two loads at the same time. No more backup of clothes to be washed and less lint to clean and less water to drain. The unit is quiet and clothes come out clean and dry. Even though I have to move the clothes from the washer to the dryer compared to the all in one unit I had, the advantages of the LG Wash tower surpass the old unit. Centrally located controls with touchpad and flexibility are a plus over other stacked units. Dryer control settings are automatic and based on washer settings. So far, so good!

I was a little worried about how this LG Washer and Dryer combo would handle blankets and how noisy it was, but everything went perfectly. We needed the extra space the washer and dryer created, and this is exactly what we needed. I haven't connected to Wi-Fi yet and really don't see how it makes sense in my daily life, but this product is perfect so far.
