I have no idea if this unit is any good, but, this review is about the Logistics team at Best Buy. After knowing we needed a 4 man team to get this installed, Best Buy continues to send 2 men. We've had the unit sitting in our garage for two weeks now. Even though the delivery team has requested that we need 4 people multiple times, I've made personal calls several times, they still can't get it right. We have confirmed each time the day before and they still show up with a 2 man team every time. This will be our 4th attempt at getting it right and another week to wait it out. This is ridiculous! I've really never seen anything like this. Stay away from Best Buy if you need installation.

Before buying this LG Wash/Dry Tower, I had no idea how much I would use the steam in dryer. Love, love, love my new washer & dryer!! Use the dryer steam fresh cycle almost daily!! Great benefit!!

Its pretty effective and washing as clean as possible My wife and love it.

This is the second unit that we have owned. We gifted our first set to a young guy that worked for us when he purchased a new home, it was not quite 2 yrs old. Stopped at Best Buy and ordered another one, it came with the dryer damaged, I asked for another one. It was delivered, several weeks ago it started leaking out of the back corner while spinning. Called LG, had an absolutely horrid time making them understand we needed a service call, finally after speaking to 3 different people, a service call was set up. Service came and it was checked out, we were told that it had to do with a plug in the washer being like an overflow. We we still have water on a new floor every 3 or 4 loads. I loved my first wash tower, but am extremely UNHAPPY with the second one.

Good washer dryer combo, using the LG app I receive notifications when it's done so I can do other stuff while washing clothes.

Replaced old washer dryer combo. This is so much better full size wash and dry in a smaller footprint than a set of stackables. It works with my google home setup seamlessly. The ability to download programs for different situations is great

I really like that the controls are in the middle since I am on the shorter side. The only thing I will say is that they don't make it is easy to connect it to the app which is disappointing. I tried for a few hours to get it connected but it would only connect to my hotspot which is not ideal.

Man oh man, I got this bad boy on sale. 800 off was a flash sale, had 250 in rewards. Scored it for like 1.250. My wife has crowned me the cheapest guy she’s ever known. Awesome product

This washer and dryer combo is super space saving and works with super small loads and high capacity! I’m so glad I made this choice! It has bee. Worth every penny. Also, the customer service through geek squad is AMAZING!

The guys came in did their install, made sure the washer/dryer combo was working before they left. They were quick,efficient and professional.

Overall, love it! Have encountered an issue twice with towels and sheets in washing machine. It is a little small on capacity and had difficulty getting up to speed on spin if items are too bulky(even when not overfilled). Resulting in soaking wet towels that need to be pulled out and redo spin cycle with half at a time.

I’ve only had this washer a month. It’s been great the washer load size is a bit smaller than I expected but works great. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a lot of heavy/CA king comforters.

I'm so happy we purchased this tower! It washes clothes in half the time of my old washer thanks to the turbo wash setting. The dryer is fantastic. I love all the settings on both the washer and dryer.

This is such a great washer. My clothes were so much cleaner in a shorter time. The best part was the power saving.

I’ve had my LG washer/dryer tower for a little over 2 months and have been outrageously pleased. Delivery and installation was quick and smooth. Really like the speed cycle option, as well as steam fresh.

The machine was a mission to install because it takes two plugs of different voltage. I have one plugged into an extension right now as I wait for an electrician to rewire my space… and pay $400 for that service. This wasn’t specified when I bought it, and clearly it was important. Also, the dryer isn’t drying thoroughly. Hoping that is going to improve. Will update after the electrician comes. The guys who brought and installed it were great though, and they did their best to keep us informe of all things.
