They were incredibly careful to place it without any problems but then took 15 minutes to run through operation of my unit. This is a high tech machine using Wi-Fi technology. It was a bit of a bear (for me) to connect as washer is independent of dryer but one connected it’s a charm. Love it!!! I love the inside lights.

The description available online for consumers and sellers is less than complete. The additional 110 plug was not mentioned. The ability to reposition the dryer discharge is not described and is still not known if it is possible to vent from the side, as I requested from my in home sales representative. The unit is quiet when operating and seems adequate.

After that you start getting an unbalanced error. We have taken it apart and tried everything. It sucks now and takes hours to wash a load stopping and needing half the load removed to complete the wash. Its a waste of money.
