The dryer is awesome so far so keeping my fingers crossed…very quite and smart drying works perfectly. Haven’t been able to connect it to my wifi network, but again it’s in a tight spot and I can’t get it out in order to take the necessary steps to get it connected.

But I guess that’s a good thing. The shorter the distance and avoid bends and turns as much as possible.

I’ve had the LG tower installed and the duct damaged during the installation. Since then I have 3 technicians come out to attempt to fix an issue with the dryer duct without any avail. I am now told I have to pay for the next visit. Long story short if the installation is without issue maybe things will be okay. If not, Best Buy may not be able to fix it.

Upon using it after two months, during the wash cycle a loud banging noise can be heard. The noise sounds like a hammer hitting something hard and hollow. It is not pleasant. Although it takes up little space, I would not recommend this tower.

Seems well built, no issues thus far. Fit into a small footprint in a rental house that separate front loaders with a stacking kit would not fit. Check for a fit, this one fits well and functions as a single unit.

I had a 20amp breaker. After so many consultations with sales people includung coming to home it was never mentioned. Had to guess when dryer kept shutting off

The first time they messaged that they would be there at 8 but arrived 30 minutes early and left since I wasn’t there yet and they said they only had to wait 30 minutes. I don’t live at the property yet and have to travel. The second time they called me and said the delivery was delayed because the truck broke down and they would keep me updated. I waited 2 hours and then saw on the website my order had been canceled. I then called and rescheduled. The tv installation that was through the in house geek squad rather than the third party contractor was great. They were there on time, did a great job, and kept me informed the whole way.

When I have to take the laundered clothing out of the washer I have to almost get down on my knees to reach in to take out clothes. I may have to get a small stool to sit on.
