Great washer and dryer/ space saver and very quiet and easy to adjust cycles and settings. The finish is nice looking and easy to clean.

This washer/dryer is amazing, full size easy to use and very good looking. It has all the cycles and options you could want. We love it, makes our life so much easier!

This product is great I love that it has a light so I can see the inside f both washer and dryer to make sure all my items have been removed. Its so quiet compared to my last stackable. It plays a little tune when the cycles are done. The only issue we had is our plug is on the ground and the cord was short by just 3 inches to plug it in upon delivery it came with a 6ft standard dryer cord. I had to purchase a longer one from Amazon and have the geek squad back out to change out the cords.

I absolutely love this washer and dryer! It cleans my clothes extremely well, does a fantastic job at separating lint, and very easy to clean! I also love all the washing and drying settings.

First impressions, this is just a beautiful set. Our previous set we got used from my son and while it worked fine, was just getting old and we thought we would splurge. Very happy we did. Oddly there are not that many options for stackable washers and dryers. Guess this set up is not as popular? Being stackable though, the set takes up so much less space, love that part. I also plan to build it into a wall, so this set up will work out very nice. Bestbuy delivered it free and took it downstairs into the basement. So glad they did, I sure would not want to do all that. The delivery person also went over some things, he seemed to know the unit. It comes all assembled. You just need to remove a couple shipping bolts, hook it up an it's ready to use. Of course the dryer has a water hook up, so I did need to get a splitter and extra hose, no big deal, I knew that. Has Worked almost perfectly from the start. While it has worked well, as I said it is almost perfect. The only small issue I have is the dryer. It is a smart dryer, so it decides when your clothes are dry. Seems like a good idea, and an energy saver, but I find that some times the clothes do not always all get completely dry. You can feel some to be slightly damp. Not wet, just very slightly damp. You can try running it again, but it will just decide the clothes are dry and be done. Maybe runs for a minute or so. I always turn the heat setting as far up a it goes, and can not see any other setting, so guess that is the tiny flaw in the dryer. Not terrible, just trying to be detailed. Also, I rarely use the refresh feature, think that is what they call it, with the water hook up for the dryer, so not sure how to use that. It's not easy to figure out. Small thing though. Only other concern is, if it ever breaks, how expensive it will be to fix. But when you get fancy stuff, I guess that is part of the deal? Fingers crossed I won't have any issues. Put plenty of loads through it so far and no problems. Overall, we do love this unit. It is beautiful and works great. Would recommend.

The LG WashTower is an elegant washer / dryer piece of equipment. It is quiet and does a great job cleaning clothes. The space saving aspect of the machine is appreciated and not reaching for controls like most stack set up is really nice. The washer and dryer tubs are full size, so there is no compromise in what they can hold compared standard side by side units. Best Buy did a great job delivering, hauling away old machines, and installing the WashTower. The installers knew exactly what they were doing and were in and out in not time.

Fit in a cuboard, leaving a lot of valuable space , Quiet and simple to use, Should have this a long time ago, ideal for small houses.

Love this LG laundry tower! I had the LG cherry red front loader washer and dryer for 17 years prior to purchasing this unit and had no problems at all. Gave it to my son as it was still working fine. This Lg laundry tower is beautiful in the black stainless, it is compact, stacked and so sleek with the flat control panel. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Beautiful setup, runs quiet. Most of the noise you hear from it is water. The only complaint is the dryer vent is directly over the water inlets, and close enough where the hoses get in the way of the vent hose. Why don’t they make these thing to sit closer to the back wall?

Have had this washer for ever a year and it was my second time purchasing my first one I sold to the guy who was moving into my studio so I didn’t have to pay someone to move it honestly I love it so much has been the best washer and dryer combo I have had my clothes is always washed super well!

The washer and dryer are easy to use and do a great job! It is quiet, and yes, the dryer suggests settlings for you. We have struggled connecting the unit to WiFi and our installation experience was a nightmare. However- the units were worth it so far!

Excellent washer and dryer unit from LG. Quiet and efficient. It has made all the positive difference in tackling the laundry mountain in our home because of its large capacity for laundry loads. Thank you LG for designing this wonderful tower unit to fit in small spaces for people like me that live in a condominium and have to deal with small capacity washer and dryer that did not perform with the excellence of the LG washer and dryer tower!

Absolutely love this washer and dryer it have tons of different features and looks really sleek as well as a pretty good size so you can do a good amount of laundry at once I’ve also never had clothes come out of the dryer still wet so that’s a plus as well

I bought this unit in August of 22 was 2299 at the time on sale. Ordered it had it in 5 Days not bad! This unit runs quiet and smooth. Seems to do a great job with out any issues so far! There would only be a few things i could complain about but nothing is 100% perfect but still would buy again and recommend to someone with low space. This has about any feature a person would want it darn near does it all. Its cleaned any big bedding or clothes ive thrown at it with ease.

Beautiful unit and very efficient washer dryer combo, beware that if your planning to move this unit up a set of stairs it is very heavy! About 325 If I remember correctly. It took a dolly and 3 strong dudes to maneuver this beast of a machine up two flights of stairs. Best Buy says they can move this unit around your house to your liking but the guys delivering will say otherwise and leave it at the bottom of your stairs. Besides that unit is very nice with tons of functions, I would recommend it.

I have been using this over a month now and so far, I love it. My clothes are coming out cleaner with this front load washer. Buttons for both washer and dryer are easy to reach and read and I can reach the clothes in the top dryer. It’s also pretty quiet and handles a large capacity.

Great set very silent and efficient. Need to clean the softner disposal often but overal great deal. Control panel very easy to use and modern style

Stacked washer/dryer combo. This unit has the controls in the middle so you don't have to be very tall or use a step stool to reach them. Vey easy to use. Cleans and dries the clothes or anything we put in it. Have not had any issues so far. We bought it because our laundry room is not very big and had problems with side by side units that where blocking the backdoor. This is perfect for the room.

This unit is so beautiful and functional! I love that it is a seamless stacked unit so you don't battle the constant additional rattling with individual units. My only feedback is I wish there were more setting to be able to manually adjust the water temp, speed etc of each load. The washer and dryer AI tech believe it knows best and will auto adjust as needed with each load, but some of us have trouble trusting expensive clothing to technology sensors. To it's credit, I've not had any issues with clothing being damaged or shrinking, so maybe it's time to let go!
