We recently moved and only have room for a stackable washer/dryer unit as it is in a closet. I was not thrilled to have to have a stackable set as it reminded me of apartment living. I was thrilled to find this set in my search and have been pleasantly surprised with how much I LOVE this unit! I never expected to find a set that had full size load capacity in a stackable option for a small space! I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend!

Much better use of space. Concrols in the middle are a well though feature as the stool is no longer needed. One day, i got a D80 message and long story short, I found the vent was clogged at the end. Smart features are fantastic, and we really use the additional cycles you can download from the app.

This unit is great! We ended up side venting the dryer and a quick tip for this, apply duct tape before you put all the pieces in the unit to ensure a full cover seal. Otherwise, the loads are super fast, and we love the sleek look! It’s definitely heavy and deceivingly large for a closet oriented unit. I’d buy this ten times over if I could!

Very happy with this machine. I have not set up the smart options yet, but that is a bonus. I did have to move the vent up higher in the closet to accommodate the size I do like having the larger machine.

Knocked off a star for the app. The washer/dryer is great. The app is useless. Even worse, new terms came out on the app where they want complete access to your phone and all the other apps. They even state in their terms they could take videos's, voice recordings, messages, etc. It's nuts. All the app does is pings you when a load is done. Sure, you could start and stop the machine, but why would you? LG crossed a privacy line. I didn't agree to the terms, but it still warns me when the load is finished. I just can't get into the app unless I agree, not that there is anything to see. Smart appliances are a complete waste of consumers time. It is a completely useless feature designed specifically to invade your privacy,

The tower I had never heard of until the visit to Best Buy. When I saw it I was hooked. Just by the way it looked. Did a little research and reviews were mostly positive reviews. Washer is a tad bit smaller than the monster top load but it works for my situation. Unit is really quite and wash cycle is quick. Buy it you’ll love it.

Pros: Overall tower unit is well built and has nice low height profile. The Washer unit is excellent with large wash tub & light, nice controls, easy to operate, quiet wash & spin. Handles large loads with ease. The Dryer unit has large tub & light, nice center controls, cloths come out fresh & dry. Removes lint and no pulls on fabrics. Great for med to large family. Cons: none, so far

Such a cool WD stack. You can access extra settings from your phone and use phone to turn machines on. Machines will tell you if anything is wrong or when done via text. Dryer quickly dries clothes.

Perfect for small spaces, great UI and able to do large loads despite sleek design. I’m able to easily fit my bulky blankets into this without a problem. Energy wise, you’ll also be saving yearly in electricity and water. May be a lil’pricy at first glance, but for an appliance that’s meant to be used for years to come, the value is definitely there.
