My only complaint, and I can’t figure out why they don’t include it, is that the steam kit has to be purchased separately!! When I checked out I selected every option available to complete my purchase and the steam kit was not even offered separately... I assumed it came with the unit only to find out that now I have to go buy it at Best Buy and figure out how to install it myself. The geek squad would’ve installed it for me if I had purchased it in advance, which I certainly would have if I had only known they were advertising a feature that they were not supplying! Not good LG, not for a $2000 washer and dryer!

But this set has blown our socks off! Whites are whiter using the same detergent. It dries faster, too! Just can’t say how pleased we are!

It is also a lot quieter and it does a wonderful job washing and drying the laundry. I have no complaints about this product.

They are lovely to look at and are easy to use as the "buttons" are in the middle for both units....
