But you will pay for that beautify with your checkbook and then every time you use them. Their dark glass doors make it impossible to see inside the machines without turning on their interior lights and the doors highlight every fingerprint. The washer cleans well and fast, but the presets must be changed each time because they aren't at all what we want. The dryer generally works well, too, but small loads seem to confound its sensors.

The unit looks good, runs quit and smooth, and with its slightly smaller footprint, gives a modest amount of extra room and a larger feel to the laundry room. The down side is the fact that it wants to dry the wash on a predetermined setting based on the wash cycle used, and this just might be me not used to that, but I prefer to pick my own settings. But again just over a week in, and am happy with this purchase
