    Broke down within a year. Product support was an absolute nightmare. Best buy kept kicking us to LG and LG wanted to refuse warranty service.

    I enjoyed my experience with Best Buy, Customer service was awesome. I had to exchange by appliances after they were already delivered. No problem and was a very easy transaction. Colton was a pleasure to work with, and Leland (Geek Squad that did the delivery both times) is an asset to your company. He was very informative, polite, and knowledgeable . I will continue to shop at Best Buy.

    This is an excellent washer/dryer combo unit. The washer spin cycle is somewhat loud, but it only lasts for a few minutes, so that isn't very disruptive. The machine works very well, and clothes seem to be very clean. The app, with it's downloadable programs for specialty cycles, is nice. My only complaint is that I seem to have to use the app every time I want to use those specialty cycles (like hand wash). The cycles do not seem to remain downloaded to the machine after having been used once.
