I’m someone who loves “toys”. Never thought a washer/dryer would be one. Not only does washer & dryer talk to each other (dryer knows what option you used in washer) and both can text when they are finished

We’ve had this unit for 9 months now and haven’t experienced any issues. It’s a beautiful washer/dryer combo. Best on the market. Would definitely buy it again.

the washer combo is good the insulation was not good. they put a hole in my door and door frame and scratch my floor. I have not hear from the claims department. so where do I stand? I am leaving for the South and need this taken car of NOW

Love this washer/dryer. It works so good. Better then any washer/dryer that I've ever used. One downfall is you should be able to connect it do a phone or mobile device and I cannot get it to connect to any device to the app. But otherwise no complaints

Excellent product. One drawback is Dryer having issue and clothes are not getting dried.We saw D90 error, tried calling Geek Squad but no one answered my call even after 30 minutes.Tried multiple times reaching Greek Squad. Finally, fixed this issue with local handyman and later we love this product.

Very quiet. Easy to use. Doesn’t take long for a single wash.

This is one of the best prestacked units I have ever used. The delivery was amazing and the service was great - one of the best washers and dryers ever purchased

We have had horrible luck with front loaders in the past. But this new model is so nice! The only con is you need to either put on a pedestal or be less that 5' tall for the washer. We are having a 12" pedestal made, with will also serve as a step stool for the dryer.

Great product does what it's supposed to do love it

It got delivered on time. Excellent investment well money spend. The dryer light up inside when it's done drying, also both dryer and washer makes tones when it done. I love it very much.

Good washer dryer combo, using the LG app I receive notifications when it's done so I can do other stuff while washing clothes.

Attractive design and awaiting to be installed and run

Perfect replacement to the huge front load washer/dryer I had prior with most of the same features. I will say the rubber seal(?) on the washer is much easier to clean & dry then my former unit.

Love our stacked LG washer tower, and the installers were prompt, professional, efficient. Would love side by sides, but our space won't allow. This is the best alternative we could find, and are really happy with the selection!

Love the sleek operation with the controls in the middle since we have to have stacked washer and dryer in our house. The steam fresh is a great feature for quick touch ups. Love the WIFI connection and notifications.

Great product! Cleans and drys clothes according to the node selected. Have not used the steam clean option with the dryer yet, but assume it would work as intended (need to purchase a separate kit for this option).

Before buying this LG Wash/Dry Tower, I had no idea how much I would use the steam in dryer. Love, love, love my new washer & dryer!! Use the dryer steam fresh cycle almost daily!! Great benefit!!

I have no idea if this unit is any good, but, this review is about the Logistics team at Best Buy. After knowing we needed a 4 man team to get this installed, Best Buy continues to send 2 men. We've had the unit sitting in our garage for two weeks now. Even though the delivery team has requested that we need 4 people multiple times, I've made personal calls several times, they still can't get it right. We have confirmed each time the day before and they still show up with a 2 man team every time. This will be our 4th attempt at getting it right and another week to wait it out. This is ridiculous! I've really never seen anything like this. Stay away from Best Buy if you need installation.
