My first ever NEW washer/dryer is perfect! I have to get accustomed to the new features. Like setting the water temperature and water level, or having to check the dryer to see if the clothes have completely dried. This washer and dryer set made my life a whole lot easier.

The unit was delivered and setup in a fast and professional manner. We have used the unit three times and just love the speed and quietness. Our old dryer had many issues but this one is great. My wife loves the speed in which she can finish the laundry. She is done in half the time and effort.

I love this set! I have very limited space in my laundry closet and this fit perfectly especially the depth. It looks great and is works wonderfully. Be sure to download the app which helps notify you when you cycle is complete and can also customize your settings!

Great washer so far. AI and steam feature maybe overkill or I just haven’t found a great way to use it. Favorite thing is how fast it washes. Clothes can be damp on default settings when drying.

I upgraded after the GE stackable debacle and purchased this model and was pleased at first it worked perfectly for a week then D90 error vent issues I called customer service lady was nice and gave me appointment one easter Sunday and nobody showed up or called. Make sure if pick this model you use the rigid vent kit it comes with. Throw old aluminum looking one out. The delivery guys are going to talk you into using old one but don’t. As of now I am still in limbo with half a wash tower. Oh it came damaged too.

Recently retired a 20 year old stackable GE washer/dryer. Purchasing the stackable LG is the best decision of the summer.

Works great. Only thing is that I was not please on how long it took to get. Plus I had to reschedule again and wait longer. Because when the delivery person called and ask were I was at, told him it says I could have him put it in garage/or porch.

Very sleek and modern for our home. Isn't loud either compared to other washers. Do love the little reminders/notifications it sends as well via app.

Ya, this washer and dryer is absolutely amazibg. Siper wfficiebt with your water. The washer can sense what you have in the bin and choose a program for you. The dryer is cery gentle to your clothes. This thing is just awesome.

Works well. Was a little tricky to connect to wifi but I figured it out. We bought ours in the white color and it looks great. It connects to the LG app so it can be used remotely

Obsessed. Perfect addition to my bathroom remodel. Extremely happy with the color, the settings, the WiFi capable, and the alerts on my phone. Easy setup! I enjoy doing laundry now, lol.

A great washer and dryer combo. It was a little hard to set up as this is our first appliance purchase.

Great product! Only bad part was I wasn’t told I needed a 110 outlet for the washer nearby, so I had to have one installed after the installation of the washer and dryer.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Easy to install me and my brother did it within an hour. Worked wonderfully! Dryer need more timing depending on the thickness/heaviness of the clothing.

After years of relying on Kenmore machines that were always reliable, I decided to try the LG WashTower. Unfortunately, the experience has been a major disappointment. The built-in intelligence constantly loses connectivity for no clear reason. The cycle options are frustratingly limited, and a normal load takes an hour by default, which feels excessive. You can’t adjust temperature on standard cycles, and the convenience of a favorite cycle memory is totally missing. Compared to Kenmore’s simplicity and reliability, the LG just falls short. The smart features aren’t worth the hassle, and in my opinion, they need a lot more refinement. Overall, I can’t recommend this machine—especially if you value straightforward, reliable performance over tech gimmicks.

Works great and makes my clothes clean and fresh. Love the touch screen design and how it has a spot on the bottom to drain the water for the washer. Makes it easily accessible.

I love my new washing machine. Got a price that cannot be beat anywhere. I love the discounts and bottom line.

Overall good, wish the doors were interchangeable considering our small laundry room.
