I can fit so much into 1 load to wash and dry. I’m still learning the cycles, some of the wash cycles can be quite long but my clothes come out so clean!

For the 3 days we've had it, we've already done 4 loads of laundry! Love it, especially the way it calculates, based on the size of the load, the amount of time needed to both wash and dry! Quiet too!

Having the unit stacked saves huge space in our small laundry area. The best part is it has the premium feature you expect, versus some lower end stacked units. The controls in the middle are awesome for those of us vertically challenged!

I love the steam cycles for quick clothes refreshing and the wrinkle control is an amazing feature. Operating via the app make its easy to start or stop washing or drying while on the go. The space saving stacked feature is excellent. But by far having the controls in the middle instead of the dryer controls on the top is the best. It works great, is quite and it makes laundry fun again, well almost.

The super easy touch controls are in the middle which for a short person is a game changer! It washes and drys to perfection! I am 100% happy with this tower combo and LG!

Best Buy did so within a couple of days with no hassle

The loads we are washing and ddrying are coming out soo clean, we did not realize how bad our old washer and dryer were. Only need to use one Pod per load, where I was using up to 4 for big loads with my other washer just to get it to smell good.

After reading reviews and doing some additional homework, though, I bought this unit and had it delivered within a week. I (easily) handled the installation myself, but having someone else around to move the unit once connected would be my recommendation. While having a WiFi-enabled/connected washer and dryer is more "nice to have" than "have to have" (you still have to physically go to the unit to load/swap/unload), the app does provide some additional customization options that come in handy. Now in place for several weeks, I'm very glad I made the swap to this unit and would highly recommend if you're in the market for a stack.
