Best Buy ever great service and machines works great

This washer / dryer tower from LG has been excellent and not difficult to use at all. The settings allow you freedom to select individual preferences or accept the default offerings with only a push for cycle & push to start. 1st month of use and the clothes are very clean so far. The lack of noise is fantastic as well.

It looks great in the laundry room and it's super quiet. I love that it's a great space saver too. Delivery was fast and easy.

Excellent unit. Very easy to use and all the controls being in the center makes it easier for shorter people or even elderly.

Works great and adds more room. Easy to hook up and run. Everyone loves the tune at the end makes it fun.

LG hit a home run with this wash tower. The washer is extremely quiet, all you can here is a little water moving around when running. The intelligence system is great, it automatically knows what you are washing and adjust itself accordingly, even the dryer adjusts itself. All the controls are within reach. I was able to get it with $600 off, so I paid $1999. Well worth the price!

Quite Work well Easy Less space More usefull :-)))

Installed this over the weekend. The Tower is great so far. High capacity yet compact, replacing an old stacked washer/dryer combo. that said, Best Buy's contracted delivery service, despite being timely, left a lot to be desired. Dented the unit (small dent on front) and refused to complete delivery to the final location, which I did by myself with little problem.

The steamed washer and dryer was a perfect fit for our small section! This one works awesome and can handle large loads such as king bed sets no problem! With half the drying time of any other dryer I’ve used.

I am extremely happy with my new washer and dryer. Performs great, easy to use, awesome space saver, and quiet!

I love this wash tower. It is even more efficient than my last LG stackable and faster. Also new is the Thinq app lets me know when the washer or dryer is done which makes me more efficient :)
