Works well
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My only issue is that you can't wash towels with sheets. If you do, it says the load is unbalanced and you have to pull out something. So you really need to think about what you are putting in with the towels. It doesn't use much detergent, is relatively quiet and cleans very well. Overall I like the machine just be careful that the loads are balance.

Works great
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaced this washer for a Kenmore that looked quite like it,I had had it for 8 years then the water pump broke. For the price of repair, plus $40 more I bought this machine. Works great. It’s panel is all white, easy to see not like other LG’s that have dark control panels. Only complaint would be cycles are LONG. 90 minutes is average. It may hold a lot more than my old washer but takes so long to do each load it takes same amount of time to do laundry. No time saving here. Also you MUST be fastidious about wiping down inside door and all grey rubber gasket around opening every single load with dry rag otherwise mold will develop. Also take apart the Compartment where the soap goes dry all inside there when you are done doing all your wash and leave the pieces pulled apart upside down to dry on a towel on top of washer until next time you Wash. . Then ALWAYS keep door ajar quite abit for circulation. Have had three front loaders and learned this is the only way to not get mold. Also I NEVER use laundry softener only White vinegar in that compartment for softener, makes everything soft and helps clean washer too. Once a month use tablet inside and run clean cycle and this washer should last years.

Have had this for about a year now and washes all clothes pretty well. As long as you keep up with cleaning and maintenance, it continues to work like new

I have ran the washer through all the cycles and found it to be quiet and almost vibration free . I love Lg products and this washer is near the top of the list I also own the steam dryer and both work flawlessly

LG Washer Brilliance.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One doesn’t need all the bells and whistles to get a clean wash from this machine. It’s large and cleans well. And an added bonus, it’s the quietest one we have owned. Draws the water from the home system with ease and definitely less noise from the get go. Product availability with Best Buy made this model the right choice for us.

LG & Best Buy: A winning combination
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this machine (which was highly rated by a consumer magazine) from Best Buy because I have purchased all of my major appliances from Best Buy. The best part is: Best Buy still does price matching and matched the sale price of a nearby big box store. Customer service was excellent. The machine was delivered within a week of service. The other guys? Well maybe we can squeeze you in three weeks later. The LG washer lives up to its reviews. Performs as I expected. I can see why it was highly rated.

Quiet, tons of options, huge capacity
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just replaced our 13 year old Whirlpool with this machine. It's very quiet. With both of us working from home and the laundry room just outside both offices, this was important. There are many pre-programmed cycle options including bedding, towels, delecates, etc. So far, each of these cycles seems to be doing the perfect job for every load. It is over 1 cubic foot larger than our last machine, which we thought was big. This is huge. And Best Buy's delivery team could not have been better. So fast, efficient, courteous, COVID conscious and safe, and polite at all times. They removed my old machine and finished installing this one all in under 30 minutes.

LG washer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This washing machine is very efficient and quiet. I chose this machine because I already own the matching dryer. I like the fact that the dryer can be stacked on top of the washer. The LG warranty on the motor made my choice a no-brainer. Love this washer!

Easy to use
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to use and washed clothes well. The only concern I have had is that twice out of the 2 weeks I have had this washer, I have had some clothes completely rung out and some completely soaked. It hasn't happened every time and the two times it did happen it wasn't even a full load. Other than thise two times, we haven't had any issues.

Great Washing Machine!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We had to replace our aging Maytag washer that my wife was very fond of. She didn't think she would find anything to replace it with. We were extremely happy with this purchase. It's quiet, efficient and washes extremely well. We may go back and buy the dryer when our dryer finally quits. We give it two thumbs up and recommend it.

Great washer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This machine works really well. Spin cycle is very smooth and spis extremely fast. It’s also very quiet. The only takeaway is having to dry the seal, but it’s not a deal breaker at all.

Great purchase - very happy.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Washer works great, easy to use. Didn’t need steam or WiFi, this washer just does a good job at washing clothes. Very quiet. Wash cycles are long, but seems to be gentler on clothes and leaves clothes a lot dryer than our previous front load washer.

Excellent washer
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Finally upgraded my washer to this LG one. It was on a great sale along with the dryer for $1200 together. Yes, the washer runs a little longer but it uses less water. I've seen a significant drop in my water bill. It gets the clothes clean in one try. Very easy to use. Overall really impressed with this LG washer.

Great Unit
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As simple to use as our new Dryer. Plus the fact that they are stackable allowed us to reclaim space in our water closet for additional shelves and storage to support washing and drying efforts.

Reliable and quiet
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Reliable workhorse (been a few months so far). The wash cycles are fairly quick. They use very little water. This machine is much quieter and stable than our old Bosch washing machine even during the fast spin cycles at the end. There's a few design choices that could be improved. - There is no memory for the wash settings. So each time you switch it on, you need to change the settings to match the last time again. - The delay timer is not very intuitive to set up. When the delay button is pressed, it is not clear if the Start button needs to be pressed afterwards or if it will start by itself.

LG 4.5 cu ft High Efficiency Washer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our 14-year-old LG washer gave up the ghost and we purchased a new LG W/D set. The washer has so many features... Most of them don't matter to me, but my wife loves them! It's 4.5 Cu Ft capacity is a huge increase over our previous unit and now washes comforters, etc. with ease. Our only concern is that it seems to 'bang' more than or previous LG washer did when a load is 'out of balance'. It quickly adjusts and the 'banging' stops, but since it happens so often, the noise is annoying. Our loads of laundry are the same type/size of loads we did previously, so we know we're not overloading it. NOTE: the comforter didn't bang when we washed it - go figure... overall we're very happy with it and hope we can figure out the momentary banging.
