I purchased this LG Front Load Washer along with the matching dryer and stacking kit. I moved into an apartment that had hook-ups in a very small closet so I need something that would fit the space. They fit perfectly!! The washer has a super large & deep tub that easily washes my queen size comforter (with some room left!). It makes a neat ringing noise when it's done washing, which I love but some may not. Definitely worth the money versus the old, white stacking sets you can buy for cheap.

We were looking for a low tech, high efficiency washer, and this met the match! Also pleased that capacity was greater than expected.

I really like the capacity for loads and ease of use. It has many cycles to choose from depending on what you would like to wash too.

Overall does the job, is pretty quiet even for deep cleaning cycles, the dryer is another story but the washer is good!

Easy to use. Nice layout of the controls. Solidly built, with exception of the hook latch on the front door. This is an item that could break if you open the door too aggressively (this happened on the previous washer that this washer is replacing). I am loyal to the LG brand, but this is the 3rd similar washer that I have bought in the last 21 years. That is 7 years average. It should last longer. I may look at another brand in the future.

Takes a little getting used to as to how it operates. Very different from my old Maytag unit. However, the spin cycle of this machine is fantastic. The clothes come out barely damp after washing. DEFINITELY A GREAT BUY. The customer service reps in the store were fast, knowledgeable and courteous.

This washing machine is the best I have ever owned and does a wonderful job. It’s quiet, has a fun sound when loads are complete, and it’s different options for cycles are easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this washing machine. I have used GE in the past and the motor went out in less than 2 1/2 years...this one is top notch so far! Great product!

Our last LG front loader lasted 11 years. We replaced it with this model. Runs quietly and efficiently. wouldn't buy anything but LG.

Great washer (bought as set). Simple controls and cleans clothes well. Our GE with all the lights and buttons did not.

I bought this washer about 4 months ago and wanted to get a little use out of it before writing my review. The LG 4.5 Front Load washer is my very first front load washer. I was a little anxious over this type of washer but I am happy to announce that I have experienced no issues with this washer. This washer performs beautifully. I love the features built into this washer as well and the quality of the build. I would highly recommend this washer.

After my 5 year ild tio loading Maytag crashed, I was leery of ALL washers. But this LG frontloader restored my faith. I love it. It is quiet and efficient. I would highly recommend this one!

I have only had this washer a short time but it seems to be working well. The instructions were not as inclusive as I would hope and i do not yet know if this unit will have mold issues. Mold is a common problem for the front loading washers. The washer does hold lots of clothes and it has done fine with large cotton blankets and a good number of towels using the correct washer setting. Overall I have been pleased.

It’s great! It takes a moment or two to fill the tub but that might just be because how my pipes are set up. I would advise to leave the door open when not in use as front load washers tend to get a musty smell if not permitted to dry out in between washes.
