We bought this LG was based on the consumer report reviews. They were wrong. After the first month, the washer shutting off or not completing a cycle. We kept receiving "Error Code 1E." We contacted LG 6 weeks ago and after several back and fourths they sent a tech out to fix it. Our part is on backorder. We have gone 12 days without a washer. The tech will not receive the new part for another 9 days. LG's response "Sorry." Best Buy was fantastic in delivery and setup of this garbage washer. I wish I had my 20 year old reliable washer back.

The people who delivered it said, “they can’t connect the washer because the tubings need to be fixed first. So, there was really no “product testing” happened. We contacted our own plumber to check it, but they say, they cant understand why the people from best buy told me they couldn’t connect it. Then, when we finally test the washer, it’s literally broken. It’s very noisy, not water coming in the washer (only in the soap drawer), the washer moves everytime it spins. I really want to return it but it says “it’s not returnable”. It was delivered may 22, and says the returnable date is only until june 6 which is really stupid.

It takes forever to do a load using the regular setting so we do a quick load and the clothing doesn't get clean! Worst thing though is that it stinks due to water still inside after it finishes! They told me to drain the overflow tube after each wash! Sure, I am 60 years old and need to get on my hands and knees every day to drain the stinky foul water. Don't buy this!

LG products are a disappointment!

Bought based on high reviews and consumer reports. Have had nothing but issues with smell and damage to items with what appears to be grease stains. ;picture provided). It does not happen with every load, but is sporadic. Rewashing and using different stain products does not take away the stains. All items that it’s happened to have be ruined and had to dispose. Bought the stackable dryer as well and it ruined some items which got stuck to the heat inlet grille. First burnt item was on the second use. Will never buy LG products again!!

Water leaking LG washer

They only let the washer run each “cycle” for like 1-2 minutes. So not sure if the problem is LG or the installation, will have to call Best Buy tomorrow again.

New LG washer flooded my house

The unit I bought had water inlet valve issue, kept filling water and flooded my house. I spent thousands for repair and no response from LG liaison dept on the water damage claims.
