Bought the set and im inlove with them! Use them weekly as we are 5 people in my home.

If I can rate this with no star, I would. The people who delivered it said, “they can’t connect the washer because the tubings need to be fixed first. So, there was really no “product testing” happened. We contacted our own plumber to check it, but they say, they cant understand why the people from best buy told me they couldn’t connect it. Then, when we finally test the washer, it’s literally broken. It’s very noisy, not water coming in the washer (only in the soap drawer), the washer moves everytime it spins. I really want to return it but it says “it’s not returnable”. It was delivered may 22, and says the returnable date is only until june 6 which is really stupid.

Love this washer very much and I recommend it 2 all.

Horrible Horrible Horrible washing machine! It takes forever to do a load using the regular setting so we do a quick load and the clothing doesn't get clean! Worst thing though is that it stinks due to water still inside after it finishes! They told me to drain the overflow tube after each wash! Sure, I am 60 years old and need to get on my hands and knees every day to drain the stinky foul water. Don't buy this!

The beat washer I’ve ever had. Super quiet, fast, and perfect!

What a disappointment! Bought based on high reviews and consumer reports. Have had nothing but issues with smell and damage to items with what appears to be grease stains. ;picture provided). It does not happen with every load, but is sporadic. Rewashing and using different stain products does not take away the stains. All items that it’s happened to have be ruined and had to dispose. Bought the stackable dryer as well and it ruined some items which got stuck to the heat inlet grille. First burnt item was on the second use. Will never buy LG products again!!

Water leaking after each wash load, Best Buy techs came out and said everything is fine. They only let the washer run each “cycle” for like 1-2 minutes. So not sure if the problem is LG or the installation, will have to call Best Buy tomorrow again.

NEVER BUY LG WASHER !!!! The unit I bought had water inlet valve issue, kept filling water and flooded my house. I spent thousands for repair and no response from LG liaison dept on the water damage claims.

Washer started leaking 2 months out of warranty. Save your money and buy another brand.

I am so bummed out. Doing my first load of wash and it sounds like a jet engine. Will fillow up if resolved. Cant reach store. All calls routed to another country.

We had 2 delivered of this model. The first one had a twisted gasket all around the door. The installer left with it running so I didn’t see it until he was gone.

LG has to make something else, but not washer/dryers. After 6 minutes of washing , the machine load will be not fully wet yet. Disappointing!!! Pictures provided

Good, perfect and economy machine, and perfect for household use.

This washer has been very good at cleaning clothes so far. The short 15 minute cycle works really well with clothes that aren't super dirty. It's very quiet and does not vibrate too much. Only issue is the heavy cycle takes at least 3 hours

I have had these units for 3 years and the have been extremely efficient and easy to use. The functions available are perfect for everyday use.

I've had the washer for about 6 weeks. It is quiet and the controls are easy to use. Clothes come out very dry after spin cycle. The 4.5 cu. ft. holds quite a bit of laundry. Very happy with it so far. The washer was purchased from Best Buy. About a week after the purchase I saw that the price dropped $50. I contacted Best Buy and they refunded me $50 under their price match policy. Great customer service>

Felt fantastic to upgrade to this washer after dealing with a tiny and noisy GE Spacesaver unit in our old apartment. We have it installed in the unfinished half of our basement, where the other half is our home office, and even on a high spin cycle I forget it's running until it does its little cute song at the end. One thing I wish it had though is the option of a reversible door like the accompanying dryer has, since we're stuck with a utility setup that has the dryer vent on the left and the drain tub on the right. This makes it a little bit awkward to move clothes from one machine to the other because at least one door is in the way, though I understand this is a limitation of most residential washers. Otherwise, we love it and appreciate the generous capacity and efficiency for its price.
