It get the job done. The spin cycle on this thing is crazy ridiculous. You really need to turn it to medium I’d you don’t want things flying off the top of the washer. It has lots of nice features but that one thing gives me pause. Hopefully it holds up. We’ll see!

This is hands down the best washer I have ever owned. It puts my old front loader to shame. The old washer required a lot of maintenance. This won is easier to manage and I would highly recommend this product.

This is our first Washing Machine and we are super happy we chose this model. It fit perfectly for our space and it washes a good size load of laundry. The different cycles are great and it’s easy to use

I’m a loyal LG customer and I love this washer, the steam features are great and it gets all of our clothes perfectly clean. The capacity is also top notch it easily fits a king size comforter.

So far, great. Clothes come out clean and the spin is very fast so you use less dry time. The knobs can be super easy or more complicated if you wish. I just push an on button and a play button and it does the job.

replaced an older LG washer that was load & vibrated across the floor. you have to look at this machine to tell if it is running, it is so smooth & quite. A MAJOR improvement over the older washer.

They've upgraded this washer from previous versions of front loaders to add a magnetic mechanism that prevents the door front shutting accidentally. It ke er p the washer from getting gross.

Awesome machine ..i had it for 1 yr now and I honestly have nothing negative to say...my clothes come out clean and smelling good on every cycle...and yes ..I tried every cycle and no issues

So far the machine is running good. It's runs very quite and clean clothes very well, It's spin cylce is excellent extracts the water from clothing very well.

The washing machine works amazingly well, as expected and with so many fabulous features and superb quality. Beautiful to look at with incredible function.

Love this washer! I've only had it for about a month so I can't speak to the longevity but with the turbowash clothes are done in less then 30 minutes. The washer isn't very loud and clothes come out great!

We had to replace our dryer on short notice and didn't have many options locally. We wanted to keep our washer and dryer as a set, so we bought this LG washer and the matching dryer. Although we weren't unhappy with our previous washer, this one is an improvement over our old model in unexpected ways. For example, clothes are rarely wrinkled so they don't start out wrinkled in the dryer, which then keeps them crisp until folded or hung up. There's more control over the wash cycle, and we especially like the ability to rinse multiple times. Overall, our money was well spent.

I've had for the past month and am so pleased with my purchase. Easy to use, water efficient, clothes washed thoroughly and delivery was excellent. Thanks LG and Best Buy!

I got this washer for my mom, she got tired of going to the laundromat and she absolutely loves it, it’s very roomy and it’s a beautiful design, definitely recommend 10/10

I love the washer. It works well and iit is easy to set cycles. Because it is a front loader it has to be wiped down after each use and the door should be left slightly ajar.

New to LG products. Had always purchased SAMSUNG. But, this LG products is amazing. Love it. Very quiet. You barely know it’s even on

Love the looks and love how many things I can wash at one time. It's nice that you have so many options how you want things washed. It's has much more water then last machine did to get things cleaner.

Pretty front load washer, fairly quiet. Good job cleaning clothes, but leaves them slightly damper than my other washer. Happy with purchase. Delivery guys were great!

I purchased the LG washer to replace a 20+ year old GE washer. I couldn't be more pleased. I was familiar with the LG name for the quality of their products. The machine has a high capacity tub, which means that it will accommodate my king-size comforters and save me the money from having to take them to the dry cleaners and pay an expensive fee to have them cleaned each season. There is a large variety of settings to choose from and it is great that the machine "senses" the size of your load, thereby saving on water and energy. A great pick for the money.

Easy to use, enough cycles(though prefer more like the former Profile Washer we had) Overall did a good job. I found the it loud when water went down the drain, not washer issue but not sure why it's so loud.
