I am still anxiously awaiting my new washer ……this is my first front load washer……was so disappointed with the high efficiency washers Top loads not putting enough water in to get my clothes clean ……I gave up on them ……had 2 of them…I have to say we have heavily soiled clothes tho……we live on a farm ………and I work in a factory with a dirty job ……grease …oil …with repair on automobile frames……not your everyday wash……I am optimistic that this will do a better job……it had very good reviews………only time will tell………

This is our second LG washer. This newer one has a few more options that are nice so we remain pleased with the product. *There is one thing prospective buyers need to be aware of: this machine does not require the amount of soap proposed by the directions or the detergent cup levels. If I'm washing delicates, I barely hit the halfway mark for a small load. Any more and you will be sud surfing!

I love my new washer. Have been with whirlpool for the past decade and I love that I changed to lg. Washes great. Love the cycles. And I love love the color

I recently bought a high end top load washer and the control panel shorted out (add an appliance surge protector to your cart) I decided to buy the front load rather than repair it and while it felt frivolous i don't regret it, my clothes and bedding feel so much cleaner. I think the front loads just clean so much better and this model has the magnet on the door so I can leave the door cracked and it appears to be closed to satisfy the ocd within me. Highly recommend!

I love this model of front load washer. It’s elegant and you can’t hear the washer when it’s washing clothes. Very quiet. And plays a song when the load is done.

Washer is light gray not white, and doesn't match white dryer. Works well. Returned for the black stainless matched set of same model. Not sure how to rate this item

My old front loader, a Kenmore Elite was still working good but I couldn't get the odor under control. This LG is a great machine. Gets cloth clean and has so many various cycles to choose from. Draw back compared to my old front loader- it is noisier, uses more water and does not fluff cloth at the end of some cycles i.e Cotton. However it does in delicate cycles. I run a cleaning cycle once a month and wipe the machine after I am done with laundry for the day.

We love these machines. They are reliable and are pretty easy to use. Just measure you space before you buy!

For us LG is the way to go! Very clean looking and does a wonderful job. Very quiet as it runs.

I have been using this washer without any problems, it works just as great as my last LG, which I had for over 10 years.

This unit is very quiet even at very high speeds. We were used the our old freight train sounding model. This is a huge improvement.

Still wobbles when doing a heavier load. Other than that, easy to use and I love front loaders, been using them for 20 yrs. Never have had an odor problem.

I did not want to spend this amount of $$ for this washer, but the original washer had a drawer base under it, so I measured the depth and width of the drawer and then purchase a washing machine that would sit on top on the old base. When the guys came in install the new washer, they told me that the new washer would NOT fix the old base. We have a renter in this home, so we had to forgo the washer base drawer. Now I have an expensive washer that is Black in color while the dryer is white. Oh well.

Loving the washer and dryer pair I got from Best Buy. Installation was quick and easy. Fairly easy to use and clothes come out nice and clean.

Ought 4 months ago and operating magnificently. Happy campers and love the options that come with it!

I owed an LG washing machine for 10 years then it died last month. I purchased another LG washer from Best Buy that is better than the previous one. It has more washing settings and an allergen setting that is approved by the FDA. As a physician, I was very impressed about this rating to prevent mold and dust mites buildup.

This washer is very quiet. I really Like the functions and it looks so nice. I have washed large, heavy loads and it is still quiet.

Delivery was relatively easy. The product was in good condition and it looks great! It is quieter than my previous LG, but still minimal noise on spin cycle.

Love that the clothes come out looking and smelling so clean. Large capacity size great holds king spreads. Color is beautiful. Happy customer.
