No matter what we do this washer's drum bangs loudly when going into a high spin. The unit is balanced and it's not the entire washer that moves, just the internal drum. It also throws the laundry items against the inside of the door causing it to push in and out, also causing a banging sound, and you can literally see the door move open to the point the catch has to keep it closed. And this is on simple, smaller loads. It's practically unbearable when I wash towels. I can't imagine any sort of repair man being able to do anything about the terrible build quality of this unit. Ready to cut my losses, sell online and probably go back to a Samsung. It had issues, but at least I could be in the same room as my washer!
