    Seams to make noise when washing on the towel setting

    Bought the set and immediatley knew something was up with the washer. It would make a terribly loud clunking noise about 7 to 8 times each load, no matter how big or small the load. It would also shake furiously, I even took videos as proof, if I left detergent on the washer, it shook so madly that the container would just vibrate onto the floor. Luckily I purchased the protection plan, even if I had not I was still under warranty and scheduled technicians to come out. The guys even told me ´´Yep it´s definitely vibrating and shaking way more than it should, that´s for sure´´ The clunking noise could have been from it being unlevel they said but then checked with their leveler and that was not the issue. I switched to LG because my Samsung set was problem after problem but seems like I may end up dealing with problems with my LG set. Seems like everything I buy recently from Best Buy is defective, Literally I have a list of products that have been proven were failing. Maybe it´s the manufacturers, not sure but somebody needs to get it together!
