Was delivered with matching dryer, no problems with the install. It is simple to operate, even if the many settings. It runs quiet and does a great job. I've only used the basic settings so far, but am very happy with my purchase. No buyer's remorse, and am glad I chose this model. I didn't buy the matching pedestals because of the cost (over $250 a piece), and don't need them, but they would have been nice.

We'd had our old washer/dryer set for 18 years and needed new ones. We shopped and researched for almost 2 months before we narrowed it down to LG. We waited until they went on sale...totally worth EVERY penny! The washer washes quietly and takes a huge amount of clothes, towels(16 BIG towels), and even our comforters

We have been using the machine for couple of weeks. Lot of options available to suit the cleaning needs. Quiet and efficient.

Great washer. The light is awesome. It does a really really great job of actually cleaning your clothes. Lots of options and wash cycles. I noticed that I had to use less detergent (which is good), because it was too many suds. And I use the extra rinse cycle, so clothes come out fine. I will say, when you add options like steam or pick a specific type of cycle, it takes a long time. 1 1/2 to 2 hrs for a wash. But turbo wash helps speed that up a little bit. Normal cycle is fine, about an hour.

This machine has so many features and it is so quiet. It plays a little tune when it finishes washing I love it.

This is my second time owning this washer (with only a few changes taking place between models over a 4 year time frame). Loved it so much the first time that I had to buy it again for the new house, changing it out for the black stainless steel. Have only had for a week but seems to be just as good as the previous model. Separate from the purchase, unfortunately did receive a small scratch on the side from installation by Geek Squad.

I reviewed a lot of information before making my decision to purchase this washer and matching dryer. It's great! Very gentle with my clothes. I've owned other front loaders that have not been so kind with clothes. I've tried most of the cycles and the steam feature and my clothes have come out very clean and fresh. Slight vibration noise on some cycles but nothing that causes a problem just clothes that are not going to require much time in the dryer. Great washer and dryer.

Nice large size capacity and multiple settings allow for many needed choices. Very efficient and washes clothes great.

We are thrilled with our new LG Washer (and dryer). We barely know it is running because it is so quiet. It has so many features for different fabrics that we keep the book handy for each different cycle. My kids (6 and 10) love doing their own laundry now! It uses less water and energy than our old Maytags.

Bought Samsung Flex dryer at the beginning. However, it is too thick and needs at least 38 inches depth clearance in the closet. Change to this one which takes less than 32 inches and fits perfectly. Pros: It works great and quite. I really like the stylish looking of the square led design. Cons: The app only supports Andrew. I can't connect and control the machine using the iPhone except for diagnosis function.

Have had the washer close to a year now and it has been working great. Very happy with this purchase. Although there was some problems with the Best Buy Installers. They did not secure the drain hose properly and it came out and flooded the house with a few gallons of water. Beware and check to make sure everything looks good before they leave.

Quiet - uses minimal water and does excellent job of cleaning clothes.

Just go buy it. What a great piece of equipment. Its really hard to believe the washer works so well . The appliance is very quiet. I got so tired of chasing the old washer around the room when it would spin the clothes. LG has done a fantastic job on the design of this appliance. The Direct Drive is really smooth and quiet. Settings is a little hard to read because of the color of the Appliance.

I had a pretty great Maytag before this - but a power surge blew out the control boards. So I went with this LG this time. Instantly I noticed Woah - my clothes smell even cleaner coming out of this washer than they ever did from the Maytag. Using the same detergent! Thew only drawback is it's much louder on the fastest spin. My solution is to set it to spin at a slower speed, it reduces the noise. Now it's perfect.
