Great Unit five stars all around, easy to use, works terrific

This washing machine is not good, IT’S GREAT! This machine quietly washes loads with less than half of the water my previous washing machine used. I can wash clothes while my little ones are sleeping (not the case with my old unit). The only drawback is that the door is a little low to the ground and I am bending down a lot to use the machine (I’m 6’2”).

Works amazing, highly recommend. All you need in one machine.

The LG front loading washer has good reviews in consumer reports and is a great washer. It cleans clothes extremely well, has a number of different options for the type of wash you're doing, and plays nice music when the job is done. I like how you can pause the washer to add clothes you forgot and how you can select a spin cycle to just wring out water from damp items instead of having to go thru the entire wash cycle.

We've had the washer two weeks and so far, no issues. Washes extremely well. Steam and sanitary features are nice to have. Love the large capacity. Many of the cycles take much less time than our previous washer. This LG replaced another LG that we’ve had 11 years. We were happy with last one and hope to be as happy with the new one.

Have had this washer for a few weeks now with zero issues. Runs fantastic, no vibrations, I even balanced a nickle on its edge on the unit top during a medium load spin cycle and the nickle did not fall! More wash options than we'll use, but we've used many. Easy to use system, not too complicated, well lit display.

All good except that pedestal washer supplied is of a different color. Response from BEST Buy has not been good to changeout to the same color as the matching LG Washer and Dryer purchased together, although Best Buy Rep. acknowledged he made a mistake. We are still waiting!!

We purchased the LG washer/dryer after our Samsung w/d of 10 years could not be repaired. The repairman (and Consumer Reports) listed LG products as the ones to buy. I suppose I am happy with my purchase overall, but for what they cost I am a little disappointed. My Samsung appliances felt sturdier/heavier/better constructed - my new LG's squeak a lot and don't control vibration during the spin cycle as well as my old washer. I agree with other reviewers that it would be nice if the entire control panel was backlit - thankfully my laundry room is well lit enough that this isn't a big concern for me. The stacking kit for the w/d isn't nearly as aesthetically pleasing as with the Samsungs. I have noticed that the dryer tends to have excess lint and materials piled atop the lint trap and this stuff falls onto the floor whenever I open the door after a cycle. The lint screen is doing its job, but I think the shape/design of the opening and door allow stuff to build up there and fall out when I open the door. We did purchase the extended warranty out of an abundance of caution based on the short life (only 10 years) of my last w/d set.

My daughter is the main user for this unit (and its accompany dryer). She is typically pretty picky. She is happy with the unit though. Without really getting into details, she is generally like how the unit works and its performance exceeds her expectations.

We were in need of a new washing machine and found this one to be one of the best. This machine washes our clothes very well and has several options. I'm just not looking forward to the estimated 8 year lifespan of the machine which I am being told is now among the best in the industry. Pathetic.

Quiet and fast washing easy to unload with a front loader

We have had a Kennmore for 14 years but it was finally time to purchase a new set. We couldn't be happier. There are so many wash cycles - way more than I will ever need. Washer is super quiet and I love how it lights up inside so you can see your clothes.

I had forgotten what it's like to have clean clean clothes !!!! Unlike my old top loader ... this front loader gets clothes super clean and whites super white... Great BRILLIANT WHITE and SANITARY cycles... And even get the stains out of my dark load without any pre-treatment or anything. LOVE this machine.
